The waqf act is concerning muslims , so why has the law minister indulged himself in it. The speaker should have rejected the bill at introduction itself, as muslims do not need such a change. It does not state anything about the fact that it will only affect Muslims but its acctualy quite the opposite it simply takes any land which it may seem fit cuz no will be able to prove their ownership anyways and most of the land owned by waqf board is not only consisted of Muslims but a majority was of Hindus to begin with as for a example the six villages and the 400 acres of land with the Chola Temple will be given back to the people who have lived there for centuries. And in all fairness, the land that was for Hindu refugees from Pakistan and arbitrarily given to the Waqf Board should go to them. After all, they left their lands and properties in Pakistan and fled to India and any enemy property - as it was called - belonging to Muslims who had left for Pakistan must be given to the Hindus who fled to India. It is only just but with the Waqf Board having its own tribunal and its own laws, every case will have to be fought in court and there are thousands. And so there are so many cases where waqf board succumbed so many villages of Hindus. Just because of their own beliefs and if you are saying that waqf is property of Muslims then it should have only taken from Muslims but,that is clearly not the case here , and if u need to make then make according to the law of india not according to religious beliefs. Under Waqf bill no one can take back illegally occupied land from Muslim community. Put limit on land that can be under any religious purpose. What if Sikh, Jain, hindu do same. Every community will pass on their land to their respective people. India will have pieces with waqf like schemes. Religious land belongs to public not to a particular community. You can't have houses, shops, or other commercial under waqf. Can't put it on rent. Furthermore to curb worship place under waqf. Every Worship place masjids, temple, church should have valid licence of worship place without it, that place should consider unauthorised. They are creating mazars every where. Every public welfare must report their earning and spending, without government permission no temple or masjid can be build and strict licence scheme is used for loud speaker. These are not allowed in Europe and many other countries. You guys should sit and think more what can be done for the people not for a particular community. @@abdulmatinmolla6632 first of all according the preamble the government will not favor any religion cast or individual over other. And waqf is supposed to take the land from us and use It for good of people(like hell they are doing this,just because of a line said by former prime Manmohan Singh "the minorities of india has fist over country's resources" waqf is openly favoring a perticular peaceful ✌️ community and granting them the land of citizens of india and that particular peaceful community 🙄 can't even considered minority anymore so it clearly breaches the preamble and isn't valid"
And it even doesn't make any sense like how the hell are we supposed to prove that a land is owned By our 5 generations(300years tbh),300 years ago who makes such documents and there wasn't even a administrative beuro for these kind of documents so clearly and potentially waqf can occupy whole nation and any wise person can tell that this was only made to satisfy greeds of a perticular secular,nation devoted family who was the reason of most of the international problems to begin with.
And as I am also a citizen of india, I am guaranteed by the constitution to uphold my believes / opinion and I just can't bear the fact that somthing like waqf even exists that favors a religion over other just because a line said by a certain someone 😀.
And who are with something like waqf are clearly just some ruffians who were given their own nation but stayed in india(also because of a devoted* family) and cannot stand the fact that india is growing more and more day by day,they want waqf to remain unchanged because waqf is one of the major reason india is still lacking behind in so much more from other countries(as citizens of india can't even have a land which is not threatened by waqf and have to live in fear as their land can be stolen from them anytime and they won't be able to do anything there are 50000 plus cases in court in opposition of waqf).
So all I wanted to say is constitution grants us the power to uphold over believes and practices but it does not favor any1 so somthing like waqf is nuisance and is a obstacle in growth of india and should be removed immediately.

as constitution doesn't favors any and it is not nessary that all the properties owned by waqf is donated by Muslims as of now waqf owns 8.7lakh acres (worth over 1,2lakh carore rupees) and according to this statement(by google)"The Waqf Act, 1995, is comprehensive legislation enacted by the Indian government to improve the administration and management of waqf properties. It establishes the Central Waqf Council and State Waqf Boards, distributing powers between Chief Executive Officers and Waqf Boards." And this "The reference to the Collector in the foregoing provisions of this sub-section shall, in relation to any other law referred to therein, be construed, if the Collector is not the competent authority under such other law to make an award of the compensation or other amount payable for acquisition of land or other property thereunder, as a reference to the authority under such other law competent to make such award." It does not state anything about the fact that it will only affect Muslims but its acctualy quite the opposite it simply takes any land which it may seem fit cuz no will be able to prove their ownership anyways and most of the land owned by waqf board is not only consisted of Muslims but a majority was of Hindus to begin with as for a example the six villages and the 400 acres of land with the Chola Temple will be given back to the people who have lived there for centuries. And in all fairness, the land that was for Hindu refugees from Pakistan and arbitrarily given to the Waqf Board should go to them. After all, they left their lands and properties in Pakistan and fled to India and any enemy property - as it was called - belonging to Muslims who had left for Pakistan must be given to the Hindus who fled to India. It is only just but with the Waqf Board having its own tribunal and its own laws, every case will have to be fought in court and there are thousands. And so there are so many cases where waqf board succumbed so many villages of Hindus. Just because of their own beliefs and if you are saying that waqf is property of Muslims then it should have only taken from Muslims but,that is clearly not the case here , and if u need to make then make according to the law of india not according to religious beliefs. And last thing I want to say is we living in india as indian and it's original name was hindustan and for Muslim communities after they did so many protests and such they were given Pakistan so they should just go there and should not think about making hindustan an Islamic country or try to destroy our culture.

Put limit on land that can be under any religious purpose. What if Sikh, Jain, hindu do same. Every community will pass on their land to their respective people.

You can't have houses, shops, or other commercial under waqf. Can't put it on rent.
Furthermore to curb worship place under waqf.
Every Worship place masjids, temple, church should have valid licence of worship place without it, that place should consider unauthorised. They are creating mazars every where.
Every public welfare must report their earning and spending, without government permission no temple or masjid can be build and strict licence scheme is used for loud speaker. These are not allowed in Europe and many other countries.
