This comment is to clear somethings up that is not mentioned in the video, this is also answering some questions mostly asked in the comments. I will update the comment when a new question or information when I find it out. UPDATE Thanks to @yochitoranaga I have confirmed you can actually get 6 DMH in a night so special thanks to them for the information
Floors 236-241: The reason we go through these floors are for 3 reasons
1: To ger used to the method
2: To get more chances for the Greedy Shadow to appear
3: To get a chance for a Nihil White/Black Model from the green stripes chest on floor 240
If you don't care about this then feel free to start on Floor 242
Greedy Shadow: The Greedy Shadow spawns once a night on a floor, it is a random event so can trigger on a floor other then 251. Thanks to new information we can use this to get another DMH.
Do I Need DMH To Do This Method: No as far as I am aware you don't need DMH in your inventory to do this method.
Unclear Instructions: I will reply to this comment with more clear step by step instruction on how to do the process. I will also put up a material guide for the materials you might need to get the best Weapons/Armor and Accessories in separate replies. Monad Door Not Spawning: It might take a while and be inconsistent if the Monad Door spawns in a floor, it is a random chance and can 20+ times for the door to spawn.
Devil Card: Unfortunately the Devil card will not give you more drops from the chest in the Monad Doors, it does give you a additional drop form the boss at the end of the Monad Door on 255 "Shadow of the Void"
Is There Another Way Of Getting DMH: You can get 1 DMH from beating the final floor boss, 1(2 if you have the devil card active) from beating the last boss(“Shadow of the Void”) on the Monad door on 255 and one from turning in the quest for beating the “Shadow of the Void”. This gives you 4 DMH in total.
Why Not Go Back To Floor 251: Fukka's floor teleport skill puts you to highest floor you have visited, but if you complete a Monad Door the Fukka sets the floor to the one above your current one(252 in that case)
When Should You Use The Guide: I recommend getting to the end of Tartarus so you can freely travel to the floors. The main concern should be how much DMH you want and how long you have left.
Need a few DMH and have a lot of time: I would say just try getting the chest on floor 251.
Need a lot of DMH and have a lot of time: I would say just try getting the chest on floor 251 but if you want to speed up the experience then do all or part of the method.
Need a few DMH and don't have much time: Depending how much you need you might want do the method once, just go for the green chest on floor 251
Need a lot of DMH and don't have much time: You might want to use the rewind function to go back and make some time but if you only need 5 DMH then use this method.
CLEAR INSTRUCTUIONS
If you don't care about Nihil White/Black skip to the DMH Part later in the instructions
--save the game when you enter Tartarus
--start on floor 236
--enter floor 237 and make sure you don't get a Monad door( If you do get a Mondo door reload the save)
--find the exit and use Fuuka's Escape route to go back to the first floor and save then return to floor 237 and go up to the next floor
--do the same on floors 238, 239, 240(if you want a chance of Nihil White/Black model one floor 240 there is a green chest just check it and reload till you get the one you want)
--241 is a rest floor so use the teleporter and save
DMH PART Start on floor 241
-- enter floor 242 and see if a Monad doors spawns( If the Mondo door does not spawn reload the save)
--go into the Monad door, fight the boss and check the green chest for DMH(if not reload save)
--Exit the Monad door and use Fuuka's Escape route to go back to the first floor and save then go to the lower floors(say 197)
--enter a floor(199 if you picked 197) to check if the greedy shadow appears and if not Fuuka's Escape route to go back to the first floor and save, then go back to that floor and to then next floor(make sure not to get any Monad doors)
--repeat till you find the greedy shadow, when you find it reload the save and make a new one next to the teleporter and go to floor 243

-- use Fuuka's Escape route to go back to the first floor and save then return to floor 243 and go up to the next floor
--enter floor 244 and see if a Monad doors spawns(If the Mondo door does not spawn reload the save)
--go into the Monad door, fight the boss and check the green chest for DMH(if not reload save)
-- leave the Monad door go to the next floor(245), since floors 245-247 are rest floors just go up to floor 247 and use the teleporter there save the game and go to floor 248
-- enter floor 248 and see if a Monad doors spawns( If the Mondo door does not spawn reload the save)
--go into the Monad door, fight the boss and check the green chest for DMH(if not reload save)
--leave the Monad door go to the next floor(249) and use Fuuka's Escape route to go back to the first floor and save then return to floor 249 and go up to the next floor
--enter floor 250 and make sure you don't get a Monad door, find the exit use Fuuka's Escape route to go back to the first floor and save
--enter floor 251 and see if a Monad doors spawns( If the Mondo door does not spawn reload the save)
--go into the Monad door, fight the boss and check the green chest for DMH(if not reload save)

--go to the green chest and check if it is DMH if not reload the save.

--Get the Devil card to get double drops
-- go to floor 248-251 and learn what enemies spawn( As the same enemies will spawn on the floors every time unless they are replaced by golden/strong enemies) then keep going through the floors killing them
--- Recommended party Koromaru, Ken and Yukari/Mitsuru
----enemies that drop RUBIES are Minotaur I, Tenjin Musha, Jotun of Evil and Fierce Cyclops
----enemies that drop DIAMONDS are Platinum Dice, Fierce Cyclops, Carnal Snake and Death Castel. You can also buy diamonds at the night club but they are really expensive
----enemy that drops GOLD is Tenjin Musha. You can buy this at the night club or trade silver for it.

Thanks for the guide! As notes that i found using it, this is also a way to grind for Nihil White Model and Nihil Black Model if that has also been alluding people. Furthermore, I accidentally wasted an hour trying to find a greedy shadow but didnt realize that there is only one per night. I already killed one trying to get arcana cards so you don't need to go fishing for one at that point.

Didn't realize just casual monad door grind for DMH is just a pipe dream.
A tip for those having trouble with the Doors spawning. Go to a lower floor and go through 2-3 floors with no Door spawns. Worked like a charm for me. Best guess it that there is some kind of chance boosting based on how many floors you have gone without a door, but that's just a shot in the dark.
Thanks, worked like a charm. I couldn't get a door to spawn on 248 or any of the floors after it no matter how many times I reset. Went further down, ran through about 5 floors, and after that 248 started getting spawns.

When checking items, to the left you can see the most recent items you got, so you could have used to confirm your dead moon husks instead of looking it at material and valiables.
Oh ya must have blanked it from my memory with all the retests, but it is weird it does not default to new items
Something I did on new game plus was aqquire the devil card with not only gives you double items when destroying objects, but gives you double items after a battle.
Because this was my first run in Adamah, it mean I got double the DHMs when I fought the boss on the high floor and monad passage way.
I came out with four dead moon husks.
Yes but that only works on the final boss of the Monad door on 252, floor bosses give fixed drops so the devil card will not work

After HOURS of reloading, I finally got all 5 of the Dead Moon Husks from your guide. However, I went below for the Greedy Shadow a bit earlier than yours, as it kept showing up on floor 248 which was getting in the way of unlocking the Monad Door for me.

I had really terrible luck with getting monad doors on Floors 242 and 248; they seemed to more consistently spawn on 244 and 251 (the floors right before boss fights). You will need to trigger the Greedy Shadow on a lower floor to prevent it from spawning, but I'd say I got a Monad door about 50ish% of the time on 244 and 251.
So, if you can afford multiple days in January to go to Tartarus, I find it's more consistent to get 3 per night (Monad in 244 and 251 and green chest in 251) and pass on the constant rerolls of other floors.
Ya I would say do whatever is confutable with you, ultimately its up to your circumstances.
If you have a lot of days and don't need as much DMH better just go for the green chest on 251
If you have a lot of days and need a lot of DMH then do 3-5 a night
If you don't have a lot of time and don't need a lot of DMH then do the green chest on 251
If you don't have a lot of time and need a lot of DMH then you may need to go for 5 DMH a day

I still have a good amount of time before the promised day since I've already crafted 4 pieces of ultimate equipment with 8 days to spare, but I wanted to get 5 in one night at least once. Just finished getting the fifth one, leaving me with 6 DMH currently! Here was my experience:
First one took about an hour (242 Monad Door Chest)
Second one took about 15-30 minutes (244 Monad Door Chest)
Third one took me two hours (248 Monad Door Chest)
Fourth one took me about 10 minutes, when I managed to spawn the monad door, I got it first try which was really awesome! (251 Monad Door Chest)
And the fifth one took me about 30 minutes (251 Green Striped Chest)
Also one of the things that I did that helped to speed things up is always make sure I had my theurgy charged before saving so that way I could just cast Armageddon to always one shot the Monad bosses every reload.
Think that means I can just go for getting 2 for at least 5-6 days and be completely set on all the ultimate equipment in terms of Dead Moon's Husk!

I would say the weirdest/funniest thing is the fact that Fukka actually has ultimate equipment, you'd assume she wouldn't since most equipment does not do anything with her but two pieces of equipment technically are her ultimate equipment.
If you have a spare DMH then you can make the accessory that gives 100 SP but don't bother going for the armor/shoes(I forget which one it was) as its not worth the 50SP hassle.
@@PlaneptunePatriot actually, I can do you one better cuz Spell Master works on her, so just get the Chakra Ring I believe it is and she will use 50% less SP overall.

@@PlaneptunePatriot Yeah Chakra Ring is incredible for Fuuka! And the shoes you are talking about are called the Holy Shoes. Don't think there's any useful armor for Fuuka though, (didn't stop me from getting Armor of Light for her anyway honestly)
I actually decided to get 5 in one night again, and it was much easier than last time. I needed to get about two more though, and I ended up having to spend 5 hours for one the next night... Then I got the next one first try. Now I'm finally done grinding DMH, I need to grind rubies now though...
Can you escape route when you get a monad door? I have the feeling that if you leave the floor and come back you can't enter that monad door
Hey great video, although for some reason I can't get the door to spawn on 244. I'm constantly getting the "valuable chest" event (the camera pans over a purple chest) when going to that floor. Tried resetting for 30 minutes but got just the chest event and no doors. I noticed you also had that event active when opening the monad chest (3:23). Is there a way to circumvent this or is the floor just stuck and I'll just skip it for the night? It's also my first time in Adamah so maybe that has something to do with it.
You can get both the purple chest and the Monad door on the same floor, you will know when it will prioritize showing the Monad door it's just luck if the event shows.
It is also advised you do it on a fresh night. You should periodize getting the devil card the first time you go through Adamah or whenever you fight the boss at the end of the Monad door on floor 225 so you can have 4 free DMH. Also even on safety and at level 99 with high level personas it takes some turns to take down the Monad bosses so the more levels the best
@@PlaneptunePatriot I see. I got the devil card first thing on the night so no problem there. I still got a DMH (my very first one) on floor 242 after about 1 hour of resetting so I guess I'll skip 244 for now, get the free DMHs and try again the next night after I grind the reaper to lvl 99 and fuse everything (currently on 1/20, got plenty of time). After about 20 resets inbetween each door spawn, and about 6 times of not getting DMH even when the door actually does spawn on floor 242, I'm convinced that it would be faster to just replay the whole game a couple times for the guaranteed ones lol.

Ya definitely feel like playing through the whole game trying to get the footage. I think it took around 6 hours to just get 5 DMH, I would honestly only advise doing this under a few circumstances otherwise playing the game again is a viable option.
Believe it or not most of my P3R time was spent filling the persona compendium or getting my 12 persona with the right skills
Luck can be pretty mean sometimes. I spent all night yesterday trying to get a Nihil White model at floor 240 since i wanted to leave the doors for the dead moon husks. I got the black one 5 times before i got the white one. Same thing with the door for you.
Does it matter if you have a fortune from the nightclub? Figured I'd increase chance of strong shadows to get some rubies while I'm running around but I've tried the chests inside monad doors on 242 and 244 like 20 times each, 0 husks. Probably going to end up skipping armor of light for everyone lol
No fortunes don’t effect the drop rate of chests unfortunately, it can take a lot of attempt just to get one think my first one took over 50
It can help before floor 241. But after 242 the strong shadows doesn't carry ruby. Instead there are more shadows with ruby from 248 to 250 so i it may be easier to get ruby from them.
@@lightdx7008 Rubies are a pain cuz you cant just buy them, I just got them while grinding to level 99 and got lucky that the enemies that spawn gave me 6-8 chances of getting ruby. Definitely go to the lower floor to fight strong shadows if your specifically want ruby.
in trying this, i get a door spawning twice a row with resetting to get the DMH, then it stops spawning, which is so frustrating

I have no trouble spawning the monad doors at 248, but god damn it never spawns DMH. A fully charged controller can't spawn DMH on 248. I'm so done man.
In my 6 DMH video I added all my chest checks and it came to a 10% of DMH being in a stripped chest but that's just for that run so don't take that as the actual percentages. It can be really annoying but depending on your circumstances you can use part of my method.

Ya its just extremely rare, it can take around half a hour to get it if your lucky with Monad doors. Don't worry you are not locked out it is just luck.

Why is all the monad doors say it’s tightly sealed in the Adamah block? I seen posts saying you have to defeat the reaper and turn in the quest so I did that but it still won’t open.
is it the normal monad doors or the ones or the ones on boss floors?
The ones on normal floors should only say that if you leave the floor and come back
The ones on boss floors say that if you have not cleared the monad doors on the boss floors in the previous section.
I did the monad doors on the boss floors as I progressed so unless you need to do them to make the monad doors able to open then I am not sure
@@PlaneptunePatriot It’s the normal doors and I don’t remember if I left some monad doors on my first run through of the block. I already did everything with the bosses, I’m in late Jan and just trying to gem grind for equipment for ng+. The weird part is I even left Tartarus came back another day and it’s still doing it so idk but I think I really screwed up somehow lol
@@BasedEugene if you did all the monad doors on boss floor then it might be a glitch, use a separate save (so you don’t lose your current progress) and use the rewind back to before to when the monad doors were working and see if it fixes it otherwise you might need to wait for a patch
Why do you have to manually go back to 251 fron 247 for the chest?
Fuuka normally remembers your last floor as the floor you where on but since the Monad door unlocked the map for that floor she changes it to the next floor(252 in that case)

Ugh, you do NOT want to know how long it took me to get a husk from 251's door. Whoever decided the rarity of this thing deserves a big slap to the face. Well, thank goodness that green chest is always present on the floor. Hopefully it won't take nearly as long. Then afterwards I can focus on getting the Devil card so I can get 4 guaranteed ones.
I think what I'll do for the Reaper is make sure everyone's Theurgy is charged up beforehand and start with Good Boy's Power Howling to make sure Aigis, Junpei, and Minato can deal good damage with theirs. And if one of them crits we can go for an AOA.
I think all I did for the reaper was start with my party auto buff and just switch to my strike person and just attack till its dies
If I had to re fight the reaper I think doing what you are planing then putting my slash persona and using the sever slash theurgy might one shot or get close to if it crit
How many hours have you spent trying to spawn the doors? I tried doing a different method, but they were hard as fuck to get. And after it spawned, how many tries it took to get the DMH?
If you try to get it only spawning on floors 242, 244, 248 and 251 I would say a 50% chance if the doors spawning in my experience, I had time where it did not spawn 6 times in a row while other time I had it spawn 6 times in a row. The resets only take 10-15 seconds so you could find one on average in a minute or 2.
It took around 20 mins to get the one on floor 242 but it down to how many doors you get and if you can beat the boss as fast as possible

Whenever she summon Alice and use die for me I always get hit even though I have like 20 homologous in my inventory and I end up wasting my endure and enduring soul ,any ideas why the homologous aren't Sacrificing themselves??
@@leothelion6323 it because the endure and enduring soul triggers first so it does not count as a insta kill so the homunculus does not trigger as a result.
The two thing you can do is either have out a person that doesn’t have the 2 skills for die for me or have equipped shoes of bane to null insta kill attacks

So, I'm kinda late watching this video (already on 250th) and I tried the monad on 251th --> got the DMH --> escape route, fuuka still ported me to 251 (not 252)

Is it your first time visiting floor 251? maybe that is why it wont let you go to floor 252.

I have never seen them spawn in any chest below 242 so I assume they only spawn in chest on and above that floor

can you explain what is the logic behind going manually until 241 instead just starting there directly?
It for three reasons
1: gives you more floors to hopefully trigger the greedy shadow on the non monad door floors
2: gives you a chance to use the green stripes chest on floor 240 to get nihil white/black model(sorry did not mention in the video it’s cuz I don’t think you can get DMH on floors lower then 241)
3:get you used to the process, if you don’t care about the first 2 then you are free to start floor on floor 240

Alright, I'm convinced that something's up. Seriously, I've reset 244 at least 15 times, yet the door hasn't appeared even once yet, I keep getting the rare chest. It better not be because I got a dark room on 243.
Even if the rare chest is there there is still a chance that both events can happen at the same time, it happened to me to where I tried 30+ times in a row without a door spawn but it eventually did spawn
@@PlaneptunePatriot I know multiple events can happen, there are even times where along with the rare chest it also says the enemies have ailments. However, it never mentions the Monad Door. I'll keep trying though.

@@ShermTank7272 It for you to get used to how the process works as well as on floor 240 there is a green chest that you can reload for a Nihil white/black model chance.
I don't think it effects the monad door spawn but it might effect the greedy shadow shadow spawn rate

Floor 240 has a granted green chest so if you don’t want that green chest then you can just skip to floor 241
Idk if it’s confirmed but I hear you can get DMH from below floor 241, I definitely agree a datemine for the information to confirm this if needed.
After you clear a monad door I think it is impossible to get one on the next floor (need clarification if this is true) so that’s why you can safely go up a floor

And i think 2 monad floors one after another just never happens
But man this is a long process why did atlus make this game so grinding focused

Sometimes it takes a while to spawn you just need to keep resetting till one eventually shows up
I for the life of me can't get the 244 to spawn a DMH. Been going at it for at least 5 hours total. My luck is horrendous!!
Ya that is weird, at worst maybe a hour but 5 is just unlucky. The only thing I can think you can do is optimise to route, the floor layout cycles between 3 different ones(I think 3 maybe more) just try to remember where the Monad door spawn(I think it spawns in set location on a floor) and to beat the boss as fast as possible to get more checks in.
@@PlaneptunePatriot I can get the doors to spawn. It's the DMH that i can't get. It worked for floor 242. I gave up on 244, and resetting at 248. The monad doors show up though just DMH is being upset

@@PlaneptunePatriot As an update I couldn't get 244 or 248 to drop a DMH but I got the monad door and chest on 251 to drop a DMH so i got 3. Your method definitely works I was just incredibly unlucky on floors 244 and 248 lmao!!
@@lilgreen4073 Hi friend, I already did this whole DMH process a month ago and spent a total of 40 hours on the top floor of Tartarus, from my experience in the process and also what I saw in several reddit posts is that the lower the floor the chance it's smaller.
What I would recommend, if you are trying to get the DMH on a day much earlier than the promised day, is that you just try to get the DMH from the external green chest on floor 251 and the one from the Monad on 251, it still takes a while, but much less , at least with me.
Thinking about getting the DMH for a complete team, considering 2 pieces of armor for each one and 3 weapons for each one, in the worst situation of the team you put together you spend 11 DMH.
On my team, which is Makoto-Yukari-Mitsuru-Aigis, I spent 8 DMH (I didn't spend it on Aigis' ultimate weapon because I don't think it's worth it)

The only 2 options I can think is use the rewind option to go back to try optimizing the days to give you more time or load a old save and optimize from there
When did you finish the climb to the top floor? I might be able to help if you give me that day and did you do it all in once or in separate trips?
I have done them all at once, I have made 4 saves in case I lost my games since it happened halfway through the game and I had to start it again. I'm also trying to get the platinum trophy and I only have to see the good ending and defeat Nyx. I found out late about the supreme weapons and I know that they are necessary to defeat Elizatbeh too Will I have to farm in a new game plus?🫠
@@jasonnnreyesss if you just want to beat Elizabeth then you only need 2 or 3 for the MC (for Lucifer blade and the armor of light, the shoes if you bought the shoes of bane you can use them otherwise shoes of light)
If you want to make everyone ultimate weapon and armor then you might not need 20
You need 8 DMH to get 4 pieces of armor and shoes for human
Depending on persona build you might only need 4 DMH for the weapon so 12 in total

--save the game when you enter Tartarus
--start on floor 236
--enter floor 237 and make sure you don't get a Monad door( If you do get a Mondo door reload the save)
--find the exit and use Fuuka's Escape route to go back to the first floor and save then return to floor 237 and go up to the next floor
--do the same on floors 238, 239, 240(if you want a chance of Nihil White/Black model one floor 240 there is a green chest just check it and reload till you get the one you want)
--241 is a rest floor so use the teleporter and save
-- enter floor 242 and see if a Monad doors spawns( If the Mondo door does not spawn reload the save)
--go into the Monad door, fight the boss and check the green chest for DMH(if not reload save)
-- leave the Monad door go to the next floor(243) and use Fuuka's Escape route to go back to the first floor and save then return to floor 243 and go up to the next floor

I don't know why at the last step Fuuka tells me we got the the 252nd floor even I used escaped in front of the chest in 251st
@@E-delweiss Ya if you get a monad door Fukka will push the recent floor up to the next one, just go go to floor 247 and use the next floor short cut to skip floors till your back on floor 251
