I am Flashing Moto e4 plus xt1700 indian variant
To flash Moto E4 plus just power it off then open this sp flash tool version and load files select download only and press download button and then presss volume up button and insert the cable wait to complete

Mine does not stay connected on windows. Looks like it's being plugged in and removed from the usb.

My Moto C and my LG D337 have the same problem.
Both have this same problem of remaining present on windows.
The 2 do not call without this procedure, I believe they are without preloader.
