as a mid level beginner - I can honestly say that staying close to the ground while pulling off the maneuvers is Hard AF! I can pull them off at about 15-20 feet, but I struggle with the low ground maneuvers. I'm going to keep practicing. I appreciate your vids!
Yea flying low to the ground is a bit difficult, but you get use to it the more you do it. The problem with pilots who dont fly low to the ground is that I typically notice they can't do tricks very well that require no throttle because they don't like to be below 20%-25% on the throttle. For example, I bet you struggle doing an inverted yaw consistently and controlled. You also probably aren't able to recover when you fail at that because you don't know what it feels like to catch yourself 5ft above the ground if need be. You are missing out on all of that air space because your brain and hands gives up when you are below 20ft.
Awesome video dude 👍🏻 Learning a lot watching your previous trick tutorials 😄 actually really excited every time I go out to practice new stuff, gives me more of a goal to work towards 🙌🏻😄
The short answer is no. You dont need yaw for an s split. S splits are mostly just a balance between roll and pitch and getting the camera where you want it. You can incorporate yaw towards the end of the s split to do a fancier maneuver or something; but by then, you pretty much already completed the s split.
Thanks man❤
Good tips. Your flying very clean. Love it.
You are the best Drone tutor!!!
Excellent throttle control.
Excellent flying, fun to watch

I like your split s on the Trees. Do you use yaw in split s?

@@JosueFPV what's fpv camera angle are you using? I see your go pro is very low angle. The fpv cam what tilt has?
Renato gopro is at like 25 degrees and the fpv cam is at like 15-20 degrees. Very low tilt for both.
thank you for the video ! what's your fpv camera angle ? i'm having a hard time yawing and going backwards
My fpv camera angle is pretty low. Probably about 15 degrees with a 2.5mm lens. My gopro is about 25-30 degrees.
@@JosueFPV awesome, thank you !
