- We drove from Melbourne to Canberra, stopping along the way to enjoy some amazing hot springs on the Mornington Peninsula and explore the town of Mornington. We spent a couple of nights on Wilsons Prom to see the southern most tip of Australia, before heading to see some old friends in Foster. Finally we made the two day drive from Foster to Canberra!
"How's the Serenity" - the classic line from the Legendary Aussie film "The Castle" - a must watch!
Hi Josh & Lauren. I’m really enjoying sharing your travel adventures & great to see that you are going to some different places off the regular tourist tracks. It’s certainly been wet wet wet! You’re giving me the travel bug to get out & about on a road trip again! Cheers & safe travels 🍷🍷
Thanks Kerry! Sending love from Dunedin, New Zealand!
Top video and sorry about all the rain 😢
I must have been to Wilsons Prom 100+ times it is great
Enjoy Australia
Thanks mate!
Australia has certainly had it's fair share of unseasonal weather and flooding. But it looks as though you're having a great adventure anyway. Great content guys1
Thanks Geoff! So pleased you are enjoying and thanks for taking the time to watch!
What a great party night at Foster! And I haven’t been to Wilson’s Prom since 1988. ☹️ I’m very envious!
Thanks! Are you from the area? It's gorgeous country down there!
@@thedombsdownunder2595 No, I’m from Melbourne originally…first 51 years of my life and the last 11 years in the central goldfields shire in Victoria. A quieter life.
You make a good video and deserve more views
Thanks Peter! Pleased that you enjoyed!
Enjoyed it.I loved it.I began in Melbourne (where I live), followed you down to the Mornington Peninsula, over to Wilson's Prom, then to Canberra, on to Sydney, up to Byron and finally Alice.I'd like to continue but life calls.Merry Christmas.
@@petermcculloch4933 glad you enjoyed! Happy Christmas to you also!
Surprised to not go to Phillip Island
I don't understand why so many people claim that Wilson's Prom is the southern-most tip of Australia, when all you have to do is look at a map (or remember what you were taught at school), and you'll see that Tasmania is more southerly 😁.
Oh ! the Tasmanians won't be happy with you as they have the most southern part of Australia. Victoria has the most southern tip of MAINLAND Australia.
Fair point!
Global warming
Rubbish. It’s called weather
