      It's almost the complete opposite from what you described. Sindarov thought for 22 minutes on move 8, out of preparation, and then another 15 minutes for 10th and 13th moves. What was important was his deep understanding of KI/Dragon strategy, and mating patterns around white's queenside. This, combined with very long and accurate calculation, was pretty impressive by the 17-year old.
