- The HSUS assisted in a rescue effort for hundreds of animals at a huge property in Ohio that included 200 dogs and 300 other animals back in 2010. The man held responsible for the abuse has now been convicted of a felony.

sportshistorybuff hey buddie, all I can add is ABSOLUTELY. I'am currently working with several org. who mission it ie to put an end to all this needless cruelty. I feel for those undercover agents that have to watch this; my friend does this for several LE dept. He he gets all he can, so it can end. But he told me he goes home and gets sick, but he is right back out there. I say BRAVO to these people,and God Bless they are willing to go.

When I saw the title "Justice Served For Dogfighting Victims ", I was hoping to see the lowlife criminals being hauled off in handcuffs in front of a crowd of hecklers. Justice won't be served until the criminals who abused these dogs get a long prison sentence.

This made me cry , the dogs are growling and alert and very injured from the fighting they've done and once you walk up to them they actually just want to cuddle and get cared for , thank you so much for what you do! Once I'm old enough I plan on doing what you are doing in these videos or at least working at a shelter caring for these poor poor dogs

864Bite Kennels actually putting most dogs down not adopted,is a mercy.. as in America they are kept isolated their whole lives at overcrowded no kill shelters were they go crazy and develop mental and physical self abuse problems. You should go work at a long term facility where they are no kill, then learn what your trying to talk about, until those facilities are not making enough profit then the dogs are put down anyway.. as opposed to Mexico were the dogs are categorized into sizes and general breeds in big areas where they generally form a natural happy pack, and put down more humanely than here in USA.

Apbt Game It’s so awful. I watched this episode of some show with dogs being “rescued” from a dogfighting ring. Every single dog was euthanized including this litter they estimated to be like 5 weeks old. I can understand matured dogs where all they know is fighting but to not even give them a chance, like 5 week old puppies, is pretty fucking disgusting. Too many rescues feel it’s too much of a liability to adopted out dogs involved with dog fighting; which I think is an excuse for not wanting to put in the work, time, and money into finding people willing to adopted them.

God Bless HSUS! Did you notice the temperament of these dogs? Despite their cruel treatment, they were happy, tails wagging, loving and kind. That is a testament to the breed. They are SO full of LOVE!
I hope that Ohio will step up to the plate and find great homes for each and every dog - like they DESERVE.
They do just as much harm to animals as they claim the dog fighting does i used to work for them trust me they ate not as ethical as they claim they are playing on your emotions
Considering what those 'dog-breeding monsters' have put these beautiful dogs through. The dogs all have an amazing, loving and forgiving personalities. No bad dogs... just monstrous owners! So true. Great rescue!

I'm so happy the Humane Society was able to rescue these pits. Watching their tails wag because of actual loving human contact was a joy to see. I pray that all of them were able to find loving forever homes!

The look in EVERY dogs eyes were filled with sadness stress and loneliness but when they saw the rescuers they knew right away they were being saved it’s like they felt it . And they all seemed to be really really loving dogs , just in a painful sad situation that seemed to never end , in their eyes
Seeing the fear in the eyes of some of these babies just tears at my heart, I was talking to my tablet, telling them that they were safe now, but it still hurt, seeing the yearning for love that some were trying to hide, but the worst were the dogs that looked resigned, being forced to endure a life that has no joy in it.
Then I saw the puppies, and a genuinely happy feeling hit me - those puppies wouldn't have to endure that sad life, and probably wouldn't even remember it! The older dogs will have their lives turned around, and hopefully they will be loved for the rest of their days!

Thank you for saving these wonderful dogs!!! I am a pitbull owner and when I see stuff like this being done to this it makes me sick. They day pitbulls are dangerous and not to be trusted......I think we all know who the dangerous ones are that can't be trusted! Humans act more like animals in these cases. I'm amazed that the dogs still trust humans after all this. I'd expect them to be either terrified or aggressive when you guys went in. But nope, as if they can feel you are the good guys, they just feel incredibly relieved that their nightmare is over. Thank you guys for saving them!

Was lucky enough to adopt one of these girls. She’s given so much love and hopefully has been repaid in full. And despite all she’s been through she’s the most gentle girl around every dog and person she’s met.

Pitbulls were bred for bull baiting as well as fighting. The nanny dog thing? Colby's own nephew was mauled to death by his own pit dogs. These dogs are bred and fought and the winners are the ones to breed the next generation of fighters. Losers die. Dogs that don't fight are used to train the fighters for wins.

I look up to any one who rescues dog and fights against animal cruelty.i definitely want to be like you and help rescue all the dogs who have had been treated cruely and I want to reduce the number of dogs who are homeless and I want to save as many lives as possible.i love all dogs I definitely believe in your saying ' there are no bad dogs, just bad owners' I really want to help rescue more cats and dogs mainly dogs because from what I have seen there are more people who hate dogs so they put the dogs through pain and even death I definitely encourage you to keep doing this you are doing a great thing in this world. yeah sometimes I just want to make a new country away from all of this. I mean why would someone do things this horrible, sometimes it amazes me how cruel and evil people can be. It's just something I wish would stop or just never had started in the first place.
From watching these videos I have come to recognize many of the names and faces of the rescue/leadership staff at HSUS. My admiration for them knows no end. These amazing men and women daily put themselves in harm's way - rescuing,intervening, seizing animals in dog-fighting rings, going into dog meat farms, busting perps who are abusive to animals, intervening in hoarding cases, you name it. It is 2018 as I write; this video was posted in 2012. Things are changing, big-time. Now let's keep the pressure on: lawmakers must enact strong anti cruelty laws, close down dog meat farms, and puppy mills, and get behind any organization in your area which does work like this. A kinder world? Hey, it can't come a moment too soon!!
I believe that anyone that treats animals this way should receive the same punishment one would receive if these were children. Because these helpless animals are like children. I cannot watch these videos without sobbing. It really hurts my heart and soul.

OMG this is absolutely disgraceful and wonderful that you you have saved all these babies , make sure the bad owner gets what he deserves and not just banned for having anymore dogs that's not good enough , if I was the judge I would chain him up in the woods and give him food and water once a week and even that's not enough for what he's done to these poor babies .
