Thing is Wario lacks both range ( the difference between hurtbox and hitbox) and approach options. So his only hope in winning neutral is making his opponent miss or bore them out to sleep on his wario approaching. Problem is, both these gameplan options are mainly player based rather than character based which means he needs to play somebody quite a bit to create a more accurate gameplan. So all in all, he cannot be the best player unless he's experienced enough player mindsets to top any new challenger. Ofc there is some leeway since he has his character matchups down to an art but it just cannot beat player matchups on Wario. Sisqui in his interview with Mkleo said that Glu is a different kind of player, the more he plays you, the more impossible it gets for you to win.
Crepe should feel ashamed, playing a character as broken, lame, boring, lazy and easy as Steve and still losing. If you play Steve and you lose, you are trash.
