Cities Alliance Exhibition "When Women Transform Cities" @Institut Français de Tunisie

Integrating women in urban development processes is key to rendering inlusive cities for all.
The exhibition "Quand les femmes transforment les villes" showcases Cities Alliance's projects in Tunisia that promote the engagement of women in urban governance to tackle their challenges in urban life, such as lacking economic opportunities or access to public space and services. The interactive exposition is a journey through Tunisian cities, enabling visitors to learn more about women's realities in urban life.
Watch the video of the opening vernissage that took place on June 01, 2022, with interventions of Hubert Tardy-Joubert, Director of the Institute Francais de Tunisie, Giulia Maci, Head of the Cities for Women Programme at Cities Alliance, and Dalenda Larguèche, former professor of History and Gender Studies at the University of Manouba.
The exhibition is open to the public until June 14, 2022.
