1. If the amount of 10% paid is less than USD75k ( 50% of USD150k ). You can only claim the 10% paid ( ISD 75k ). However you still can claim the subsequence year when extra payment is made for your under construction property. The keyword here is your claim is up to MAX 50% of your FD. It doesn’t matter if you claim multiple times. 2. For economic zone in Johor, no minimum for those 50 YO or above. Also you can live wherever you want ( except Sabah and Sarawak ) as long as your property is purchased in the economic zone and if of first hand.

建议把中国人在新加坡工作的人士,只要愿意持准证(类型可商)即可提交申请和转换。而不要那些繁琐的证明。还是有一定量的市场。
