I got the perfect name for male Makima. Dakida cause Makima's name is just mama with ki in the middle and mama is a name associated with a female parent and dada is associated with the male parent. So it would make sense for his name to be Dakida cause it's just dada with ki in the middle just like how Makima is just mama with ki in the middle.

Because even the first chapter of the story (what Denji sold and how he pays off his debts) contradicts what the gender would entail. But both Miss Aki and Makiman seem to be perfectly plausible and interesting! IMO though, Makiman should be clean-shaven and with a more confident posture. In terms of hotness - hits the spot, I like it)
Maybe she sold certain other organs? Like, Egg Donors are a thing, maybe she donates them regularly or even her ovaries. (maybe some devil or something keeps them functional even when removed)

@@Eddison33 tbh you'd have to switch up anyway. a kid indebted to the yakuza would have a similar fate, but denji turned fate around with pochita anyways. femji could go thru this phase of " I need to get closer to this extremely rich and poweful guy so he can give me the life I want" and would have extreme pick me behavior before she understands her own independence. since the shows themes are submission, femji would be perfect for a role like that. the only difference here is that the yakuza dealing with femji would be women, which, given her past, would make her see every other woman as terrible and a potential threat to her and makima's relationship. besides, a man in power grooming an underage girl? who hasn't heard of that.
