great video! For me there are two ways to think about this exercise. Lets say im practicing sixths. 1. I could try to know at any point on which scale degree i am and play the appropriate sixth (major for first and second degree, minor for third etc.) 2. I could as well just try to see a macro overview of the position without thinking about where exactly i am on the scale, and play according to that. I think the first way of thinking gets you better at intervals and the second way gets you better at seeing the position. Any thoughts about this? Thanks anyway for all the great music and education that you make!
