    Очень философская песня, полная метафор и аллегорий! Стремительно бегущие кони - годы, вся жизнь человека! Она так коротка, ветер Времени сдувает её с ладони Вечности словно пылинку. Всё ли мы успеем сделать в ней, или наша песня оборвется на полуслове. Что мы услышим, когда кони повезут нас к последнему приюту - звон колокольчиков или злые голоса ангелов? Вопросы, на которые всем нам когда - нибудь предстоит ответить... Диана Анкудинова 👏👏👏👑👑👑❤️❤️❤️

    Great song and great performance by Diana!
    In my opinion, this is the best performance of Vysotsky's song!
    It just takes your breath away and tears come out!
    Diana - bravo, and for the reaction - like and thanks!

    Для русской культуры Высоцкий это классика как Шекспир и Достоевский.

    I'll try to explain the best I can because of the language difference and cultural. It's an allegory, horses represents the flow of time in one's life, constant March of time that you have no control over. The original author batted addiction, had no control over it, but knew if he continued this abuse it would cut his life short, unable to finish his song. Also realizing that his actions have consequences, yet can not stop himself from this path of destruction. Pleading, begging, to put off the end, yet he whips the horses towards his own desmise because the addiction is unrelenting. This is my best understanding, I Maybe wrong but I feel the heartbreak, loss of control, the pleading of salvation, yet can't help oneself. Very difficult subject for one so young as Diana, wonderful interpretation and I stand for her, well done Diana.

    Maybe this is the first song I hear, see.. But about your comment, the conversation like lirics, and this song of course, reminds me of classic Russian literature, wich I've only known by other languages, I don't know Russian, but still... The poetry, the story, the dramatic feel...

    Are you familiar with Bob Dylan? He was a key figure in the US 1960's protest movement. You can think of Vladimir Vysotsky as the Russian Dylan. Soviet singer, songwriter, poet, acor featured social and political commentary

    This song is a tragic-philosophical song, one of Vysotsky's most intimate songs. : Horses are a symbol of the capers and the speed of life. The hero of the song drives horses along a cliff over an abyss through wind and fog. He feels that the end is near and asks the horses not to obey the whip and to gallop 'a little slower'. He dreams of standing on the sidelines for a moment to water the horses. He hasn't had time to live and can't even finish his song.
    * Who was the songwriter?
    Vladimir Semjonovich Vysotsky (1938-1980) was a Russian poet, actor and singer, inconvenient for the state but the people loved him. In his songs he sang about topics that officially did not exist in the Soviet Union: prostitution, crime, anti-Semitism. He is still known and popular today in Russia, where he is considered the greatest songwriter of the 20th century. He always played his songs on a 7-string guitar.
    Vysotsky died in 1980. His funeral took place during the Moscow Olympics. The Soviet media did not mention his death. But the news spread like wildfire, and the funeral turned into the largest non-state demonstration Moscow had ever seen.
    In a 2018 survey of the most important personalities in Russia of the 20th century, Vysotsky came in second behind Yuri Gagarin. The asteroid of the outer main belt (2374, Vladvysotskij) was named after him. (www. helped) Listen to him: ruclips.net/video/vA0aWBGqTR4/видео.html

    Да уж на её лице нет ничего смешного, да и музыка и исполнение полны трагизма и драмы. Это слышно и без знания языка.

      Если учесть традиции афроамериканцев хоронить своих братьев и сестёр под весёлую музыку и смеяться - может в них корни такой реакции?
