That Turkey was amazing. I like preparing my own chicken and shredding it also.
I’m just curious. Have you cooked a prime rib in your Combi!

I have not been that brave, but I think as long as you stay on top of it with a meat thermometer it would do great, but would be an expensive learning curve lol if it didn't! LOL!

I don't know if you know but can I wrap my meat in foil in the combi, on level 2 rack? I am asking because juices from the meat has been splashing and gets every where. It's a hassle to keep wiping grease off

The combi does seem harder to clean than the speedi, but I would be afraid to use foil that close to the element and ypu would probably nit get a "fried" or crisp texture on your proteins but more of a steam or baked texture. Thanks for watching!

Is cajun seasoning spicy? I think ill do 1 breast. So pretty much if i want to roast anything i need to put water in pan

That particular one is not spicy but has great flavor! There are many cajun seasonings out there but I prefer a milder version on my poultry dishes most of the time. Adrenaline Chicken is another one I like or regular lawry seasoning is good on poultry as well. Thanks for watcing!
