One thing: Set the debate payment for 3 days after you get paid cause sometimes you don't get paid when you are supposed to and it comes the next day or god forbid it's on a Friday so they only pay on the Next Monday (I've seen it happen). Have some self control to not spend the money in 3 days but this will avoid the situation where you might go -10k balance cause your work didn't pay you.
I am up at 3am on the early hours of Wednesday morning stressing about finding a place😭😭 And your video really helped me a lot. I am moving out in a month so I'll come back with an update in August

Very informative video, however I think I would add my 2 cents on the electricity part, R50 cannot sustain one person, that's just putting the geyser on and that chows more or less than R50, In jhb there are a lot of apartments with solar power or geysers, so that's probably why you didn't feel the pinch as yet.
