- It's been a little while since we've done a luxury shopping vlog 2023 in NYC so here I am today with Christiaan in Nordstrom checking out all the newness. I finally see new Burberry in person, the new burberry bags and shoes, as well as the fun new Valentino Rockstud East West, and the fabulous Jacquemus le bambimou bags to name a few. Jacquemus is really doing great with the bags. A couple of years ago, I picked up the Le Grand Bambino in the Bottega-esqu green, but in the stiff leather. I wish he had done the soft, puffy leather back then as well as the nylon material. It's too bad that the Nordstrom where I shop doesn't carry Jacquemus although it does have an excellent handbag section.
When you got to the Sacai clothing section, I clicked on pause to check it out as I'm a big Sacai fan. My first item of Fall 2022 was a gorgeous oversized cropped gray/white paisley Sacai jacket bought at Saks.
It's good to see what different stores carry in different areas. And it's also good to be able to see the various items on a vlog instead of only online in print.

I love a shopping vlog and with Christian just makes it even better!!! I love how you and Christian discuss the bags style/color/options/etc. if you can do a whole vlog on just handbags and have casual/grab n go/ dinner/ etc I would love to watch!

As to Nordstroms, I live near Seattle, WA so you know I'm a Nordstrom's girl. I would suggest they don't hassle you not because there is no one there, but becuase they don't hassle people. I've never not been able to find someone quicly when I want them. I credit Nordstrom's with my fashoin evolution. They're awesome. And I love his boots with the silver tips. Next time can you get him to share whatever he's wearing that's cool?

Are these issues happening if these bags are used daily? I just got the pochette metis in monogram canvas from the Kusama collection. I love the multicolored polka dots and hope they don’t melt on me, lol. But I don’t think it’ll be in my regular rotation. I also have a NoeNoe in DA but only use that a few times a year in the spring and summer so I haven’t put that much wear and tear into it. I hope I don’t see the fraying for a while. Also, I’m saving up for a *luxrul* . Has your colleague seen the same issues with that size? I don’t mind some relaxation in shape but I don’t want it to be a puddle either. Thanks for the video!
