Oh my gosh, thanks for posting this! I've been looking for collapsible crutches for the last year because I walk with a prosthetic but need crutches for when I take my leg off and I travel a bunch. So thank you!!
that cruchstand was just unbelievably amazing :) when i've had crutches, i tried to just stand with the crutches (no legs touching the ground) and even that was hard enough :D
Everyo person who has the ability to walk with crutches - I so very much respect and look up to you. When I had to for while because I had a bad knee injury, I just couldn't do it. The doctor said I need a little abs and a little arm muscles for that and...well, neither of those I have
Both actually. There is a bug at one point. And there's also a scratch on my lens.

I had crutches for almost a year. This is what I needed (I used crutches in the last years for a few weeks here and there because of multiple surgerys and stuff, but in that long time these would have been genius)
..the part where you do a..uh..clutchstand, is aWESOME

Josh hey; I really like the idea of this neat device. But as I'm just now coming on board with crutches, I think I missed the boat on these QuickSteps. Please sir, would you check with Mr. Fetterman to see where I could look online for some used ones, I've checked eBay and Craigslist. Hoping for a FORUM suggestion or three that might have classifieds with things like quickstep crutches... Please advise! I'm in US Southeast. :)
I thought this was kind of funny, so I wanted to share it with the world. Usually on RUclips the ads that play before are for alcohol, make-up, or clothes. When I started watching Josh Sundquist I started getting ads about... crutches. I kid you not. Out of all of the ads they play before RUclips videos these ones have to be about crutches.
That's what he was saying. You would only be able to drive automatic because two feet are needed to drive manual due to the clutch.
I love Fetterman's tips so, I look at his crutches after watching this video. My son is 12 so, a lot more growing to do so, I can't see spend the $600 now but, once he is done growing I sure will look into them then. I can't tell you how many times in a meeting with his teacher they have complained about were he puts his crutches and people possibly tripping. I understand their concern but, only so much of the crutch will fit under his desk. Maybe they can buy him the collapsing crutches :)

these look awesome, barring the annoying clicking sound, but they are so expensive! And insurance only covers up to the cost of the cheapest pair they can get, so they are no help. I actually don't have any crutches at the moment--I have my prosthesis for day to day stuff and in my apartment I just hop around. I want to find a good pair of crutches but they are all so pricey it's tough.
now im wondering how to can drive with one leg... i guess youre exclusively confined to driving automatic?
The different height options remind me of the temporary crutches for people with broken ankles. Cool.

I have a greater than average number of legs. But I think you might be skewing the average such that it is below 2.

I'm totally sold, which is unfortunate because as far as I can tell they're no longer being made and nobody sells them and augh. Any advice? :-/
Do you have knee problems? Obviously you have to stand differently but I always wondered if has knee problems from having all your weight on one leg and having to stand at a different angle?

I'm a full-time crutch user. I have the one's with shock-absorbers but they sometimes get squeaky which is really annoying. Also they're really bulky and heavy bleh
