Pork chop in batter.
(5 servings)
INGREDIENTS AND QUANTITY:
meat (pork loin): 450-550 g;
eggs: 1 pc.;
flour: 2 tablespoons;
sunflower oil: 35-45 ml.
COOKING TECHNOLOGY:
cut the meat into portions;
beat off the meat from both sides;
pepper and salt to taste;
dip the meat in the batter;
heat the pan;
add oil;
fry the chops over moderate heat.
Frying time is 5-7 minutes.
