Thanks for making your videos - I like the way you slow down and explain everything clearly. Nice to know there are minimal differences between the 21a and 21e but what about the 21 (without any letter). Do you know what the difference is between the 21 and the 21a/e ?
love looking at thoes old booklets and such.. but I have a question about the husqvarna automatic 21E that I inherited. the button for reverse is not coming out as quick as it used to which means it is slow coming out of reverse..as there is no one in my area that works on these old machines and husqvarna will not send me the service manual and I am not a cert tech..I am on my own when it comes to servicing my own vintage machine. Could you or would you help me with resolving my issue??? Please..
The reversing mechanism is probably seizing up and needs lubricating. Take a look at my video on freeing up controls on a newer Husqvarna - ruclips.net/video/9Ev31UFWIG4/видео.html
@@flyingdutchwoman You can try sewing machine oil first. If that doesn't work then try WD40. Just make sure that after freeing it up, get oil on there because WD40 is not a good long term lubricant.
