Dragonite had the potential to beat every single melee pokemon besides maybe tyranitar. Even so, ranged pokemon and cc could easily handle it, so the nerf was unnecesary.

Dnite is able to one v one ttar because it is very kiteable, and remember, dnite has ranged attacks so you can just wait for their mistakes and then go in
Actually, the nerf did nothing to him. His attack speed seem to got a decent buff so the outrage nerf wouldn't affect too much. It was not in the patch notes but it can be noticeable if you play with him a long time.

Don't worry, dragonite got a balance change. They nerf his dmg for faster basic attacks so overall they buff his consistency but nerf his fights against cc pokemons
The stun nerf was necessary or else you can perma stun with the boosted attack using dragon dance or scarf....As a speedster main, there's no way i can win 1v1 with a dragonite, not sure about the damage nerfs tho....mimikyu gets unpunished, so did pikachu, it should've been an owl holowear
Mimikyu is the only one who can win from Dragonite. It has been my main for the last year and i have like a 80% winrate with him. YOU HAVE TO go for the full crit build tho. Otherwhise it doesnt work
Dragon Dance gives you better mobility (longer dash and doesn't need a target) and more damage and attack speed. Extreme Speed gives a small stun and a bit more survivability (resets the passive).
I hope they nerf Mimickyu and Zeraora. Pokemon who are able to avoid taking damage for a long period of time while dealing a lot to you. At least Darkrai is honerable and sets up a 1v1 and it's Dark Pulse is at least telegraphed and avoidable. The others can completely kill you while avoiding damage. You could toss Tsareena in there, but at least in her normal kit she doesn't have an ability that just avoids damage like the other two. so it can be done way more often and for less of a risk. Mimickyu has a regular ability and ult that just avoids damage. sure the ult doesn't avoid damage, but with such a fat shield they aren't dying during it anyways. So dumb. I would have preferred if they were able to nerf Outrage when combined with specifically dragon dance, because 2-3 shotting people on the same level as you while also stunning them twice from lightning boosted and reactivating outrage is a bit ridiculous.

possible reason is low rank, as in people in low ultra at end of season or something struggling against stuff like dpult or dnite
unite is literally so easy yet mfs struggle against an adc with a wet tissue hp bar 💀
