Three things I recommend. Swap out the Skins of the Mobs for the Helmet Gang. Swap out the Final Bosses for the Leaders of Gematira and Big Bad as the 1st big boss, Adding the Rest of the Abydos group and also the Cleaning and Clearing Club aka the assassin Maids consisting of Neru, Asuna, Akane, & Karin. (Albeit for some reason I think Neru would fit perfectly in a beat um up game like Sifu due to her aesthetic and attitude. As for the weapons they pick up they could just be the guns the girls use, just leave them unloaded. Explain that "Lethal" force is not permitted as a diolgue. As for who's talking to the characters it could just be Schale's Sensei aka the player.
Never was interested in Sifu. Thought it was a mediocre, ugly game. But seeing this mod, I'm going to install it and have a damn blast with it. It unironically makes the game look a lot more appealing
