    so many unrealistic aspects of cricket 24 just remove you from the immersion of the game. like batsman hitting a six off back foot over cover to a spinner? or when you play online and players just take guard outside off stump which makes getting them out impossible. i’ve also seen players hit insswinging yorkers for 6 over point lol. there is just a big aspect of logic missing from the game and there is no reward/punishment from making the wrong shot selection as long as your timing is good.

    • @RahulRants
      @RahulRants  Месяц назад

      Online has lot of loopholes in a game like cricket. Players can just take advantage of all the rules and it just can’t be stopped like standing way outside off or leg stump, etc.

    • @iitzhasheem
      @iitzhasheem Месяц назад +1

      @@RahulRants i think that can be fixed with the correct implementation of physics in the game. if a batsman is standing outside off stump he will miss balls aimed at his stumps. If he is standing leg stump he will miss balls outside off stump.

    The problem is that big ant are making too many games they make a Australian football game and rugby union game and a cricket game for such a small game studio they don’t have the resources the cricket game is the only playable since it’s foundation they tried to be overly ambitious I am australian and our football was going to revolutionise afl video games just for the game to only come out on ps5 had too wait a whole year too get it on Xbox two years for the ultimate team mode and a year for it too be playable they can’t change the game they don’t have the resources sadly no big company wants to make a cricket game because of piracy in india

      When you ask the same question to them, they reply that they have different teams for different games so it doesn’t matter. I mean, we all know it is stretching them too far and should focus on limited number of games that they can handle, but they won’t accept it

    Cause cutting edge development costs money and Indians or Pakistanis don’t pay for games and pc gamers overall prefer a pirated free copy which leads to lower potential market size and a lower cost recovery potentials hence instead of ranting study the market and industry first and that’s one of the reasons gta 6 isn’t coming to pc its console only at launch atleast for a year also digital identity made it difficult for small studios to buy player imaging rights to include name and visuals in games. I would rather appreciate big ant for making a Nintendo switch port with weaker hardware and still produce cricket games because ea didn’t generate much revenue and dropped cricket of it’s catalogue.
