I always fry food outside and I eat some to “test it out” before everyone else has any! Love the slap your momma seasoning
I wish I could afford to take my sons with you guys hunting. I'm going to hunt for the first time with my boys this year. My daddy NEVER hunted or fished. So I'm trying to do better and start my sons and I on being hunters. Love the vids.
Same here but someone in the family has to do it lol
Good luck guys. You'll make some awesome memories whether you see a deer or not.
My dad took me hunting a lot. After the corps I could care less about it. Don’t get me wrong , it’s necessary but it’s not all that and a bag of grits. Some people love it some don’t But hey. Glad you like it. Hopefully your sons will too.
Goodluck out there. Doe, buck, button buck, or yearling. A first deer is great regardless! Gotta start somewhere! Plus the taste and ability to put food on the table is amazing!
@@brettusmcvet777nowadays you can literally save thousands of dollars on steaks and hamburgers by hunting. I have a huge 10 person household so it’s definitely a necessity but if you’re well off I can see why it wouldn’t be a big deal wasting that much money on store bought meat. And I’m enrolled to my reservation so I can take a deer, elk, moose, bear etc all without a tag at anytime during the year no hunting season.
Some people call that “hunting camp” others might simply call it “home”👍
hunting glamp
In reality they got 15,000 square footage mansions in different states also ! So these litttle houses is there hunting camps they call lol There get away places
@@brandondawkins6390 I had a small building/giant shed on 60 acres but a tree fell on it, my grandpa originally bought the property there is a double wide also a double wide on the property, but that was occupied by this older lady that we never made leave she right on the road and has never had her rent raised lol, she pays a whopping $100 bucks a month😂(grandpa has since past and know will ever raise that rent)
@@brandondawkins6390 no one will dare raise that rent*
Look at you Willie, being normal and all. Well done.
@Jack Wtf!!
@@dhooter he must’ve just been saved.
Jack ong💀
Watched them climb into Taj Mahal boxes after I just sat on a stump on the side of a mountain. Snow down the back of my neck wind blowing 30mph waiting for something with 4pts on one side. Come on man just one side. Crazy how the rich and famous hunt compared to we blue collar folk lol. Old Phil knows what I speak of.
Awesome video Willie ! Good luck this season from our deer camp to yours !! 🦌
More cooking vids! Love them all y’all!

Another deer recipe I'll have to try! I might need to grab my bow and hit the woods one last time this season. There's only four days left. Thanks for the recipe, and hope your buddy had a great birthday.

Love it Will!
I love the taste of venison without using any marinade. Just salt, pepper, flour & fry. KISS rule 😂
Add a little creole seasoning and you got it 👍
I like using lemon pepper
That's fucking disgusting lmao who tf doesn't use real seasoning on meat
Oh my… Gonna have to try this.
👍Oh Lord help me!!! So good! I like butter milk. Works great! Also, I use the Italian dressing in a X-large baggy w/ London broil. Marinate over night. Grill for 10 min ea side. Slice 45° angle or cross grain and it’s GOOOD eaten!!! Blessings to y’all! 👍🇺🇸 🙏
That looks really good Willie, I'll have to try that

When your a multimillionaire but still humble and authentic! 👍
Great job Willie. Made my mouth water just seeing it after u took it out of oven.
We do this at the camp I hunt at in Northern Wisconsin
Happy birthday my man
I was thinking gravy over some rice with that jockstrap.
Best apple crumble I’ve ever seen
That sounds sooooo good!!! Nice job
I’m trying this
Is that willie or Al 😂
Looking like big brother
RIGHT..I HAD TO DO A DOUBLE TAKE.. lol even his voice what the heck..🤣
Love me some tombo!!
Hay what happened to saying the blessing
4:50 go back in with cold meat LMAOOOOO
Willie needs to write a book on just wild game cooking
This looked good until your steamed it with vegetables. Who the hell intentionally adds moisture to breading?? The only thing it achieves is soggy breading.
I didn’t see anyone complaining?
Good to see it going to use!! Very well done sir!!!
That one hell of a lock tight zip lol bag
Willie did you do anything to onions and mushrooms before adding them to meat?
How long do you fry them for and how long do u put them in the oven for
There’s so many deer 🦌
Tell you a little secret marinade the back strap in Coke over night it takes all the blood out it and makes the meat so tender
Only time Martin is on buck commander is to eat!
In 39 years , he has learn to make great friends lol
Geeee! Look e there
The end someone got slapped 😂
what were the onions mushrooms marinated in and what sauce did you make
'
I’ve used my sleeves in emergencies in the woods also 😜
Buck Commander
Hey hey Willie next time try letting the meat set after adding the flour let it set at least 20 minutes this really goes a long ways to keep the flour from separating from the meat
Gonna try this for sure
Wow that looks amazing dang
Looks good... Nothing better than good back strap!
Looking thin these days brother! Good work, you look healthy 👍
First, love this!!!
That looked good lol I’d try it especially if it’s fried 👍
Hey do they have utensils in that house LoL 🤣
Haven't had it that way,how is it Mr Willie?
That will make one fine turd,,, 🤣🤣🤣
Good job Willie,, 👍👍👍
Looks great, but I’m wondering- what is that spice blend/seasoning he used on the fried meat when he laid it in the pan?
Slap ya Momma Cajun seasoning. You can get it at Walmart.
Tony’s is better
😊
Freeze it or age it in refrigerator for about a week. No need to smash it and only one day to marinate and wrap in bacon and grill medium for meat so tender you want need a knife.
I pity the dude that has to clean Willies mess 😂. Slap Ya Mama seasoning was started by one of my friends from Ville Platte Louisiana. Tony Walker.
What is the liquid in the pan with the onion, garlic and mushrooms?
Damn I just realized that was Willie 😂😂
I could out do Willie cooking backstraps hands down.
🍪
lets see the recipe!
