Whatnot’s customer service and trust and safety has been absolutely horrendous the last year in a half. Not sure if their investor money is drying up or what.
We’re all confused 🤔 even the buyer . The buyer has bought many items since with no issues . They actually have been very complimentary. So whatnot needs to fix this .
@AprilDavisPI they have not received refund yet - but has told me if they do they would give me money. The buyer is upset by this whole mess. They have spent about $500 with me .
@@PatDees - so whatnot is claiming buyer didn’t receive the mystery box but buyer is saying they received it and know nothing about this? The tracking would confirm delivery. I’m so confused. Sorry.
