I've listen to the entire line of the S and R series, and several of their subs. I've commented before that I consider them hi end home theater speakers, but not exactly World class hi fi hi end speakets. The S7t and R7t have phenomenal dynamic impact, and SPL levels while maintaining sonic compusure is other worldly. As I said, HT heavenly speakers. They are very good hi fi soeakers, but for their price some competitors deliver superior detail, tonal accuracy for music. All around great speaker, but HT should be the focus of any buyer. The new limited edition will likely have a similar sound signature, but with higher delivery of impact and SPL levels.
Could you hear a difference between the S and R series?
Limited Edition because most people can't afford them. Definitely some of the best looking speakers, I'd swap my SVS ultra towers in a split second for these if the price wasn't a few times as much lol.
