The satellite years was such a pivotal album in forming my taste in music back when I bought it on a whim in 2002 from the surf mall in cape may. Blew my 14 year old mind. An unparalleled classic like poison the wells you come before you and converges Jane doe.

This was possibly the most memorable performance at FF23, & I absolutely LOVE that this video so thoroughly documents my enjoyment of this moment with my 16yo son, & my good friend, Brandon! We are front & center, & first appear at 2:27, & it's obvious that we couldn't have enjoyed ourselves anymore than we were. Note: this was my true introduction to HopesFall, apart from some clips on the way to FF23 that my son shared with me. I was an insta-fan!
