Head movements involve changing the direction of the head (up/ down/ right/ left/sideways etc). And Neck movements involve stretching the neck without changing the direction of the head, Any strained movement is neither beautiful to look at nor easy to perform. The human body knows best what is really natural. Whenever the body complains, then we are certainly doing something wrong.
You are very articulate. Somewhere down the line or up the same, aesthetics and fine arts form a blend with language skills, with a nebulous threshold( oxymoron?) separating them. Kudos!
Sponteneously my movements tend to be brainy, that is often how I make mistakes in my dancing and it translates often into neck movements. This was very helpful.
I have a question for tha-hatha-jum-thari-tha, is it really wrong to use the neck there? I mean we see it done a lot by many dancers. Thank you so much maam! I love your videos & passion.
Such a great teacher❤️ wish i could learn under her
