Turning 36 in a few days, moved back to Australia, re-starting a career after a 2-year nomadic break, and all while going through the most heart-wrenching breakup. Feeling lost and alone, with no family around but extremely grateful for my supportive friendships. Didn't see myself here at this point in my life but processing that things are not always linear. Acceptance is the only way forward. I'm learning to be more present and be thankful for my past experiences both good and bad. Thank you for this video. I've just turned 39. I quit my well-paid job half a year ago, bc of the burnout and the sense that "tge job I was doing didn't make any sense anymore". I felt empty inside. I instead resumed studying as I've set my mind on finishing what I've started. I know I need to find a new place, a new job in a new area of work, a new country as I've exhausted myself where I am now. I am teetering on the edge of panic because some things out of my control happened, and I don't know where I'm going to be in three months. Bad finances mean no safety net which makes my anxiety worse, but I'm trying to go from moment-to-moment. Right now, I'm good. I may or may not be in a week, three weeks, two months, but right now...I'm here and I'm good. Thank you for the reminder.

I can totally relate to this, Sorelle. My life too is collapsing all around me. I’ve lost so many of my old friends. We’re no longer remotely aligned. I also realised I’ve been in a toxic relationship for way too long and my finances are at the worst they’ve ever been. At times, I feel deeply afraid of what lies ahead but I hold onto the trust that life is shaking us into a new and better reality aligned with this new version of us. They world is indeed everyone’s oyster.
I am pregnant and expecting my first child in March... I can so relate to what you are saying about the old version of you has died and the new version has not been born yet. I hope some loved ones can throw you a motherhood ceremony. I had one, and it was so incredibly beautiful and supportive. The gifts were letters, thoughtful words of wisdom and encouragement, a foot massage, and beautiful henna art on my belly. It was all about honoring the transformational birth of the mother ❤
I went through this in 2022 (my son is now a year and a half) and it took a long time for me to accept my new life but I want you to know that you will eventually accept this new life as Mother and it's way more amazing than before!! Especially the older they get ❤
I think these videos are really important, I've been following your journey on and off for a few years and I remember it reached a point where I thought if she can have her shirt together on that level I can do it too, but it's always dangerous to aspire to be like someone who is sharing only a few minutes of their lives on the internet, and believing it's the whole reality of it. I resonate so much, I am 31 and also going through a very heavy restart of everything and within the last year having my tower moment of everything I thought I was came crumbling down..losing community, people I thought were friends, person I thought I was going to marry and have children with and overall my old identity. The grief and pain has been immense but the journey of finding the love, compassion and excitement for the new beginning sparks a flame in my heart and I'll just continue to pray through this limbo unknown stage.

Ok no joke, I suffered from shoulder pain for at least a month, tried everything from stretching to x-ray bla bla bla. Nothing. And then I realized that this pain most likely comes from “the weight on my shoulders”. Long story short this video popped up, I watched it and over night the pain is almost gone!! Ig by restarting, she means in a newer country or leaving behind a life of stability. I mean if you've got your hard earned money I don't see why would anyone want to give it all away.
While starting over in any other sense, excluding financial aspect, can be stressful and somewhat difficult, it is absolutely nothing in comparison to the real struggle of completely starting over, when it includes losing everything, money, income, property etc.
Something you said really reached me: The old Sorelle is dead. I instantly thought of a blank canvas. As a artist, there is nothing more exciting in the world. I am reinventing and re-discovering my New-Self too and even though it feels scary, there is a spot of exhiliration and a lot of curiosity. Iam glad that you can see your own blank canvas as well! :)

49 years young here. 14 years ago everything collapsed around me. I left the country where I was born and raised with one backpack and cca $400 cash in my pocket. Moved to the UK with no English language knowledge. There is no happy ends in the life, neither in this story, I am not millionaire yet. But, if I look back to those times, that was one of the best thing that ever happened to me. Stay strong, keep moving! Your life best times even hasn't arrived yet!

It took being hit by a car, literally smacked upside the head by the Universe, feeling like I walked through the fires of hell between that challenge and multiple others, to get to the place I now realize was the place I was meant to be. To receive my next gift from said Universe. And it felt like it was going to break me, but it turns out it was exactly what I could handle. And as we do I've rediscovered core elements of myself which have always been there, since I was a little kid. Amongst all that, my mission in life has become clear to me :) I wish for all this for you too!
About our society and gen-m- i think early milenial mid life crisis is a thing, also for women in a way with all the stresses around fertility and yes or no. And other hardships women has to deal with all their lifes and your getting just exhausted 😮. Also 2020 slapt most people i think and we still feel the echos. And the worlds going more and more wrong and faster and if you're someone with a unique path its even harder. The world has changed so much in our lifetime it is hard to digest all that. I can tell you just one thing that you mentioned almost is to really take things easy and not be hard on yourself and just get over little crisis and big onees. not thinking that itsall about us all the time and this is why I say it's very typical in our generation and also the impact of society on your mental health and in general on your path in life is very dominant and just to see that can give us some perspective which will help us to put things in locate part of the universe and places in it that are run in a certain way, and we cannot change them but we can change how we cope with them and how we place ourselves life will still be hard but he would really choose where to put your energies in. Also it's cool to change and develop your career and take New direction like every 2 years many creative people do that and seems that you have done that very successfully thing is not to identify with it too much I mean do it all the way with a pleasure and hard work but remember that it can change and it's okay and money is important in our life not as a purpose but as a mean of safety and as I mean of not thinking about the money because you have enough money for safety
And every lifestyle , choices exetera change - some people are like this , its harder on sensitive people and our education system is lack of many things and also teaching us about versitile

Little sister - you have a good healthy grounded philosophy of life - my mother passed recently and we celebrated her life because she was never afraid of it raising six children - my long life’s informed beliefs are that the Universe guides us and Mother Nature protects us - life is precarious and many resort to taking substances in various forms to avoid reality - if people feel that is their only option they need to question their philosophical mindset - the other mistake is to seek happiness as a primary goal in all facets of life which doesn’t work - happiness actually comes as a consequence of fulfilment in life’s personal goals, social interactions and living for others - though not perfect here in Australia we are blessed with Mother Nature’s gifts, relatively safe spaces and freedom to enjoy other people and cultures - no doubt you’ve looked up to the stunning night sky in wonder.

It's true that life is a lot of hardships. But isn't that part of our awakening(s)? Once past a certain threshold, the critical and future/past orientated ego doesn't have a chronic stronghold anymore. It takes work!! To me, Human design and astrology helped me to understand, forgive and let go. Find meaning and grounding. I am a 6/3, a tough one to even survive! But I can assure anybody reading this... once through...everything becomes worth it in abundant love. Because I love myself❤

I love you Sorelle and thank you so much for this refection. I resonate so much, I am 31 and also going through a very heavy restart of everything and within the last year having my tower moment of everything I thought I was came crumbling down..losing community, people I thought were friends, person I thought I was going to marry and have children with and overall my old identity. The grief and pain has been immense but the journey of finding the love, compassion and excitement for the new beginning sparks a flame in my heart and I'll just continue to pray through this limbo unknown stage.
Same when I was 31, but separated, divorce, lost a son at 5 months pregnant, now 37, with a great partner, good finances and a baby daughter, hang on my dear, still have pain from time to time thinking about it especially when I think bout my son that I miss, cause we were connected, but do the right thing, one day and step at a time, love u from afar, seek for communities, volunteer, like minded people, love u

Ok no joke, I suffered from shoulder pain for at least a month, tried everything from stretching to x-ray bla bla bla. Nothing. And then I realized that this pain most likely comes from “the weight on my shoulders”. Long story short this video popped up, I watched it and over night the pain is almost gone!! What the front door? Thank you Sorelle for this❤

Turn inward and ask yourself what you want for your next 70+ years. You are just beginning, my friend. This could be the biggest blessing in disguise. Don’t push or pull. Let things unfold knowing you will have hard days, but don’t look back. The second you occupy your mind and body your pain will start to dissipate. While starting over in any other sense, excluding financial aspect, can be stressful and somewhat difficult, it is absolutely nothing in comparison to the real struggle of completely starting over, when it includes losing everything, money, income, property etc.

Something you said really reached me: The old Sorelle is dead. I instantly thought of a blank canvas. As a artist, there is nothing more exciting in the world. I am reinventing and re-discovering my New-Self too and even though it feels scary, there is a spot of exhiliration and a lot of curiosity. Iam glad that you can see your own blank canvas as well! :)

14 years ago everything collapsed around me. I left the country where I was born and raised with one backpack and cca $400 cash in my pocket. Moved to the UK with no English language knowledge.
There is no happy ends in the life, neither in this story, I am not millionaire yet. But, if I look back to those times, that was one of the best thing that ever happened to me.

It took being hit by a car, literally smacked upside the head by the Universe, feeling like I walked through the fires of hell between that challenge and multiple others, to get to the place I now realize was the place I was meant to be. To receive my next gift from said Universe. And it felt like it was going to break me, but it turns out it was exactly what I could handle. And as we do I've rediscovered core elements of myself which have always been there, since I was a little kid. Amongst all that, my mission in life has become clear to me :) I wish for all this for you too!

About our society and gen-m- i think early milenial mid life crisis is a thing, also for women in a way with all the stresses around fertility and yes or no.
And other hardships women has to deal with all their lifes and your getting just exhausted 😮.
Also 2020 slapt most people i think and we still feel the echos. And the worlds going more and more wrong and faster and if you're someone with a unique path its even harder.
The world has changed so much in our lifetime it is hard to digest all that.
I can tell you just one thing that you mentioned almost is to really take things easy
and not be hard on yourself and just get over little crisis and big onees.
not thinking that itsall about us all the time and this is why I say it's very typical in our generation and also the impact of society on your mental health and in general on your path in life is very dominant and just to see that can give us some perspective which will help us to put things in locate part of the universe and places in it that are run in a certain way, and we cannot change them but we can change how we cope with them and how we place ourselves life will still be hard but he would really choose where to put your energies in.
Also it's cool to change and develop your career and take New direction like every 2 years many creative people do that and seems that you have done that very successfully thing is not to identify with it too much I mean do it all the way with a pleasure and hard work but remember that it can change and it's okay and money is important in our life not as a purpose but as a mean of safety and as I mean of not thinking about the money because you have enough money for safety
Also changing locations and going back home - why not, you always evolve and different times takes you to your better self maybe in another location
And every lifestyle , choices exetera change - some people are like this , its harder on sensitive people and our education system is lack of many things and also teaching us about versitile

Little sister - you have a good healthy grounded philosophy of life - my mother passed recently and we celebrated her life because she was never afraid of it raising six children - my long life’s informed beliefs are that the Universe guides us and Mother Nature protects us - life is precarious and many resort to taking substances in various forms to avoid reality - if people feel that is their only option they need to question their philosophical mindset - the other mistake is to seek happiness as a primary goal in all facets of life which doesn’t work - happiness actually comes as a consequence of fulfilment in life’s personal goals, social interactions and living for others - though not perfect here in Australia we are blessed with Mother Nature’s gifts, relatively safe spaces and freedom to enjoy other people and cultures - no doubt you’ve looked up to the stunning night sky in wonder.
