Last year 150 came as a surprise, this year in chsl expected cut off is around 160 ,which again was unexpected. This time don't be complacent with 130-140 , target has to be 150 , otherwise be ready for another surprise.

I don't know why teachers are not giving facts properly but no. of vacancy will not impact cut off to this extent and one thing to note is previous year trends, that is in ssc gd , in ssc chsl even if vacancy increases upto 2 times in gd especially the cut off was way higher than preceding year.

Thére no matters vacancies, because last year cutoff gave a lesson which is ur not safe if u scoring less than 150..so this thing aspirants started 2024 preparation at high level so they now scoring easily 145+ which mock they attempt.. So, the conclusion is UR. Category safe when scores 150+

The problem with this survey that this is highly biased. The students who've scored good marks in the range of 150-180. They know they have cleared the exam. They are not wasting their time in knowing the cutoff. They are not filling the survey. The students who scored in the range of 120-140. They have a fear and still trying to know the cutoff. That's the only reason the cutoff seems so low.
