Secondly agencies really promote 'our fandom is our girlfriend ' kind of statements as marketing strategy. And fandoms especially teenage girls literally take it all serious and act like they own their idols.'

Now I understand. There are huge differences between this and new 4th gen groups. For example I watched Stray Kids concert and it's so interesting seeing this now. SKZ interracts with each other and hug and play with each other but iKON doesn't touch other members they interact with fans.
iKON has the best stage presence among the 3rd gen boy groups, I have to say. When I started watching their live perfs and concerts, back when I just knew abt them, I was really impressed that I can't stop watching. Like they can make me watch their concert even if I wasn't a fan back then.
