I find my pancakes w protein powder get doughy/slimy/undercooked inside , are yours?
i don’t have this issue! it could be the protein powder you’re using? what other ingredients are you adding?
@@allieauton I use protein, pancake mix, egg and that’s it! And obvi a Little water to make the mix smooth

i don’t sorry 😭 i’m taking a very very wild guess and estimating around 1800 for the day but i have no idea eek
breakfast would be around 400
lunch around the same
dinner would be much more because of the pasta + chorizo + chicken but you could easily not add the parmesan or chorizo/chicken (just have one or the other) & i’d say it would make it around 600-800 cals but that’s taking a very wild guess haha!
