    I'll hit the subscribe button 500 times for a Stihl farm boss😉 once the blade starts stress cracking it's time for the dumpster. I've been through 20 blades and have had 2 break🤷. I'm surprised you haven't rolled a log off the back yet. How many logs have you run through ur mill now?

      lol I wish I could afford one to raffle off. Just hats and swag. No log rip off yet but I have thought about a log catch. Ive milled 9 logs one oak and the rest spruce and hemlock

    Did you build a structure around the mill

    • @Aaronzap15
      @Aaronzap15  2 года назад +1

      I plan to build a structure around it in the spring after the ground thaws. I’ll be sure to video it

      @@Aaronzap15 I’m in NH and got a hfe36, watching videos on mods others did. Did you use a template for the track cleaner? I can send you my email so we can discuss better

      That’s awesome! Great machine. I actually made it out of parts I had kicking around. Easy to make. The rubber scrubber is actually hockey mat material from a job I did.

      @@Aaronzap15 I watched the two brothers video for their mods. The dogs is critical. I’ll be setting up in a few weeks as well. Keep the hits coming I enjoy learning from you

      Two brothers are nice guys. I’ve talked to them a few times about the log dog mods . Very helpful. My log yard is a mud pit right now hopefully milling soon

    Did you do true 2” x 4” or slightly under like your big box store stuff?

    • @Aaronzap15
      @Aaronzap15  2 года назад +1

      True 2x4 . I think they will look much better on the projects I’m going to use them for. Thanks for watching

    Defective blade - call the manufacturer and they will probably send you a new one. That cut was nothing.

      It probably was a defective blade but I probably ran about 800 board foot on it. I am a new sawyer and it was a shocking experience snapping a blade
