- Hey ! Everyone. This is part 05 on the axe texturing series.
In this video tutorial series. we are going to see how to properly UV unwrap, texture and render a realistic asset, which is in this case a game ready battle axe. Because we are making it as a game object so we will be trying to use all the UV space properly and we will be baking it with a subdivided higher poly version. In this series, first we are going to unwrap the model properly, fix some issues in geometry. Then We will subdivide and make a high poly of the mesh. Then we are going to bake and texture the model and finally start the lookdeving and render.
