On average is it more expensive to build rather than purchase pre existing? Wondering how expensive the land is.

Land prices differ widely under each area to be honest. Anywhere from say 100 usd per square meter to 1100 per square meter. If a house have been recently renovated it could be sold for the price of a new home. It just all depends on area, finishes, views…it’s really a case by case scenario.

Great video Rich. I am curious, on average, how much is the square meter price to build like this couple is doing?
