The construction cost is estimated around 1000/1100 USD per sqm. This may vary as all the materials and Labour cost are in mexican pesos not USD. You of course can go lower per sqm if you were to not to use custom finishes ect. That does increase the price point somewhat.Just bear in mind, we have seen a 20/30 percent increase in materials in the past 3 years. Labour cost have also increased. This of course effects the final building cost. I hope that is helpful.
