Broken promises are politicians nemesis and happens all over the world. So many pre election promises are rarely kept. However it's good that the Trade unions are keeping their eye on the ball to ensure fairness and justice for the workers. I think that the fact that we are talking about pension reform is encouraging as part of the agenda for workers rights. Keep up the good work.
The money is not tax it’s an investment in retirement . Your only argument here is that the “rush” which I agree . However , your understanding of the constitution is not adequate. You need to be more strong with your agreements most of the time it lack merit.
Mr Grimes, check your research again you will find most countries (that I know) employees pay towards their pension. I payed into the pension scheme and now I get my monthly payment without any problem. So get your facts correct.

What's happens in other countries have nothing to do with us..we have our own laws and constitution to adhere to.

The method of regularisation cannot change . There is one pathway to regularisation and that is to be an established worker duly appointed by the PSC.
