The prime minister at his discretion made the decision to not reveal to the public what Mr.Lacrett has done that has warranted his dismissal perhaps it may be downright shameful and embarrassing and the Prime minister wants to spear Mr. Lacrette from such embarrassment especially to his family and also to not make things worse by revealing the details of what transpired.

When you deliberately choose to do something wrong which breaks the trust that others put in you then you got to be dismissed.
