Shady's Dad moments always make me happy. My daughter used to watch me play and she called Vulgar Homunculus "Daddy Murloc" for some reason and no matter how much I corrected her that was his name, she did it so much that anytime I see that card I still think "Daddy Murloc" now. Kids are fun

He got scammed by typical Sky Pirate spaghetti code at 12:08. The Beetle was the fifth minion to die, which should've triggered the Karmic Chameleons' Avenge (5) to copy the Fish of N'Zoth, but a Sky Pirate was for some reason allowed to attack into the Fish first, and the Chameleons copied the Fish with -1 health (this can be seen if you pause), and then all 3 Fish died simultaneously, presumably all triggering the same Deathrattles. Crazy how inconsistent and random the Sky Pirate interactions are, even after being in the game for so long. Like sure, there's an argument that the Scallywag was the one attacking into the Beetle and that its Deathrattle should therefore resolve first, and since its text says the summoned 1/1 Pirate "attacks immediately", this should then happen before the other player's Avenge/Deathrattle mechanics resolve, but why was this then only the case for the first Sky Pirate that was summoned, and not all the others stored in the Scallywag from the Sky Pirate Flagbearers, which only summoned and attacked after the Karmic Chameleon Avenges and Fish Deathrattles resolved? Feels arbitrary.
@@pardanielsson9879 Yeah I was thinking the same. Minion deaths seems to occupy a certain spot in the game loop spaghetti carbonara order, but discerning the exact mechanics for all Sky Pirate interactions would require a PhD’s worth of diligent empirical study x)
I saw someone else pull off this build. Can't remember if it was beter, jeef or dog. But they had goldrin and manasaber and the fishes would spawn endless tokens that kept getting bigger. Looks pretty strong.
having more fish over titus seems to be the correct play, as every fish stacks the death rattles of the last, youll end up with way more death rattles with 3 reborn golden fish vs 2 reborn golden fish + Titus (I think)

And also, I played Sky pirate comb the Same day Cameleon was released and copying titus , and I directly saw the potential of the card. Still, I didnt imagine fish being the best card for that.
I wonder how good this fish copying comp would be with pirate exodia. All I think you’d need is Cruise Controller, at least two Flagbearers, and as many fish as you can get. You could even fit in a Titus because it actually helps in triggering Chameleon.
I always tought that card was broken, copying a piece that mantains all enchantments looked pretty dope to me but i never figured out how to exploit it, this really looks dumb like frogs. The best i did was copying golden kangor with reborn atrocities
I once had a game with golden: fish, baron, beast hydra, and 2 of those reborn taunt beasts from lvl 5. and a normal blue bird. Had cat trinket. My „turns“ were going on for atleast 3-4 mins 😂

Jeef, he had 5 gold fish with chameleons from rolling Tess and just yoinking em from Nzoth, with a manasaber goldrinn combo. Ludicrous game
