Thanks for the break down of the tournaments and your thoughts. I'm looking at coming out to Lake Sharpe from Western Canada as a Pro entry next year, look forward to meeting some great Walleye anglers.
Im out for the season. Said it last year double the co entry keep pro the same. Everything a pro does costs more on a daily basis. Nothing changes for the co. They could payout way further with that change. Why charge us more to pay 3 guys
No - is the short answer. It's actually tough to get into a tournament as a co-angler. Wait lists at every tournament. A record number (81) fished all four regular season events in 2024. I co-angled 3 events in 2019 and did all 5 this past year. For sure, FFS has changed the co-angler experience. Will be interesting to see where it goes from here.
Appreciate you taking the time to post your thoughts Brian. Always interesting. Merry Christmas!

Just wondering if the NWT is losing co-anglers because of FFS?
