Great info! I would also not discount a physical mailing. Mailing postcards of real printed pieces of your work is a fantastic way to get noticed. Not many people think to do that nowadays because both printing and mailing can be expensive, depending on what you’re sending. As someone who used to be an art director in an agency setting, I would get a ton of emails every day. Trying to sort through emails that are not related to work projects is very time consuming. But, getting a physical piece of mail with some cool artwork or great design on it really stood out to me, because a rarely got physical mail at my office, so when I did get something it was a surprise. A three postcard sampling and then another card with a little bio like you’ve done in the email is a great way to get your name out there. Rather than an email getting either deleted or filed in a virtual folder, a postcard could be sitting on someone’s desk as a physical reminder.

This is a great idea!! Especially now that more people are back in the office. I will have to try this.
