Your informations are OK but show practical site videos to understand more & easily than your explanations & correct explanation of products usages before stopping them to use without any reasons . Company's is spending large amount in R&D for every products before coming to market.
More suggestion 1.avoid falsa ceiling 2.put extra point every where. 3.make provision for concealed pipes,wiring in the ceiling at the type RCC . Put 2 inch with spring at all point. Never comod make extra connection of pipe line. For all door framing make upvc framing and it can covered with teak vieners and it can polished.
