Question about your old smoker. Did you notice how you had it sitting on the counter that the hopper was burning up cause you didn’t have air flow underneath? I’ve got a 590 and I’ve seen some comments about needing air flow underneath hopper
I removed the back fan plate for better airflow.
What are you doing with the 700? very nice set up bro! just subbed
Sold it to my neighbor.
How high is the cooking grate?
About 5 1/4 until it hits the bottom of the top grate.
