Did yall fix the grease fire issues with this new design? My fanboy side has died since trying to deal with support on the short-lived 1070. Like the idea of the split top rack and storage space for it! Always thought the top rack was too close to get back in there.
I’m all for putting out an upgraded model but for more than double the price of the 1070??? That’s ridiculous. Bring back the 1070.
that's what companies do now, they discontinue a cheaper model and bring a new "improved" model, looks like the coyote 36, same price range
Make a made in the USA model
Hey Jody … is that a commercially available rolling cabinet that the E-Series is sitting in or is that a Recteq DIY solution? If it was purchased could you tell us to supplier? That E-Series looks awesome. Thanks!
27 seconds in.. that side wall looks flimsy as heck.
I own 3 recteqs. If I ever do a build in I'll be putting one in. They are built like tanks.
if any issue with them, are they easy to fix?
So far I haven't had to fix a thing
That’s what I thought. Loved my RT-700, used it 3+ times a week, convinced friends to buy one. The 1070 came out, I designed a whole outdoor kitchen around it like a star quarterback. What a Johnny Manziel! Grease fire every time oner 350! Never once been able to do burgers on it without a full-blow fire, even after a hardcore clean. One time, it even caused a fire in the hopper. Support essentially told me to pound sand. Now it’s all patina-ed up and gets probably 1/10th the use my 700 did.
