Life seems like a party but later on you look around and all the interesting people you talked to have left early.

Both very talented and widely loved performers/artists, and sadly missed. Excellent for people such as these to express the damage that is caused by hydro-electric schemes, which shows that so many really do care. But I reflect on the New Zealand situation where, without such schemes, the nation, avoiding nuclear power proposals and knowing that other alternatives that might have been available were going to be immensely costly for the country, went with hydro schemes (almost as a last resort) and never regretted such decisions. In this day and age there are many other renewable options which were not available back then. Humans pretty much have a high impact on most that exists in nature. The cost of living on the planet as human beings.

Woy Woy misses you Spike, despite taking careful aim (thats a small jocule, Jim). I Australia he was also very platonically supportive of Kathy Lette and her writer friend Gabrielle Carey who together wrote Puberty Blues in the late 1970s. They were good friends and he encouraged their humour. Search for his delightful spoof documentary " From Woy Woy to Wagga Wagga" on RUclips, it is a great insight into his Australian life, and it has a very moving sequence on his time in Africa during WW2 with the Australian 9th Division. A unique soul was our Spike.

Sadly she died about a month after this clip was filmed, from a brain hemorrhage.

She could have passed for 40 years old, but died of a brain haemorrhage exactly 4 weeks after the unveiling of the statue at the age of 66.

A very talented renaissance lady. I met her when I lived in London. Very warm highly intelligent very charismatic calming lady. I told her I loved her when I was a kid on that's life with Esther. She said she adored playing her grand piano & singing. Now she's playing her Grand in heaven. Her dad once knocked her about so bad that she had a bad Concussion. That could have definitely caused the stroke on Wed 1 Oct 2014. At just 66.. My mate Esther Rantzen brought a beautiful bouquet to lynseys funeral. She was terribly upset. And called her a marvellous renaissance woman who was so related 🌈💙🏆 Bless you so much iconic musical lady 💜🎹🎵🎶🎼
