You Sir have earned my subscription. I have been carving and whittling since i was old enough to have a pocket knife. I briefly had a mentor, but it was short lived. I'm looking to getting into carving more now that i have lost interest in other hobbies. I'm glad i found your videos.
Thanks for the tutorial on an eye,. I've been looking for this type of wood carving tutorials for an age it seems. Thankfully I've found it .🏴👍🧙♂️🏴
Wonderful tutorial! I am just starting out and waiting for my tools to come in tomorrow. Looking forward to the world of carving! Thanks for the videos!
gosh i love this tutorial!! thank you so much. it was my first time working with chisels and i made an eye. that's how wonderful this is! Easy to follow and to the point!
Thank you very much for giving us a great, interesting, and functional method of carving eyes. I learned the Harold Enlow method when I was carving little characters 1" square by about 2.5" tall. This was okay back then, but I wanted a more realistic eye, which yours are. I still carve these little characters, but now my size is a bit smaller (2.5 centimeter X 10 centimeter tall), but close enough. Thanks again for your fantastic, patient and informative style of carving eyes! I appreciate it very much!
Excellent carving!! I am just starting out, but tutorials like this give me the insight and enforce the idea that it's all about taking your time. Just watching this kinda helps me get into the right frame of mind to sit back and begin practicing. Thanks!
I find eyes very hard to carve, your videos appear to make it very easy. I will follow the steps in your three videos and hopefully get on top of my eye carving problem.
Hello Gary, I just wanted to thank you for sharing your knowledge. I have recently retired and relocated to middle Tenn. What part of country are you located? I also wanted to mention I appreciate the name of your business. Looking forward to more videos.
Gary, I'm brand new to carving, as in "never carved a thing" new. This is a little more advanced for a first project. What would you suggest for a first time carver?

Marvellous. Thanks - I've been putting sunglasses on all my carvings in order to skip the eyes
GREAT eye tutorial. By far the best I’ve seen. THANK YOU GREATLY.
Best eye tutorial I’ve seen. Thanks.
Good tutorial Gary. I would love to see a simple character eye for a small figure.
Great job Gary…you make it look so 'Easy'! :)

Can you show how to duplicate the eye on the other side? Found this to be very helpful. Thank you for your efforts
