Welcome back to a slightly different video today, in this video we're going to be talking about 3 things I've learned as a landscape photography beginner.
I've been interested in travel & landscape photography and content creation for a long time now, and recently I've made a conscious effort to finally get out there and pave my way into another photography genre.
Some of the things I've learned are technical, some are more stylistic observations, but overall even though I've got a long way to go, I hope there's a few people out there who can take something from today's video. 😊

Sat down on a day off for tea and there was a new video. Good start to the day. I enjoyed your thoughts. Thanks for sharing, and I look forward to more landscape work. Regarding your idea about cropping, I think it’s a good argument for lots of megapixels. I will sometimes include more in the frame so I can play around with different crops. Having extra resolution helps free up that process.

Thanks Jim! And I agree, I tend to sometimes shoot a bit wider to crop in later. I think it gives you a little more to work with, and you can really experiment with composition! 😁
