I have 2022 palisade highlander diesel (pre face lift, so i dont have to put up with that speed sign chimes), and it's a gem of a family car. So much space and storage, and that third row is the best you can get in an SUV.
My frined’s Palisade has been back to dealership three times for dead battery and loss of power, still there as Hyundai can’t find or diagnose the issue.
Worse car ever made, one its a hyandai, road noise is deafening, and plenty of people who have these cars are returning them back in droves for engine failure. Stay away,
I hope it's just a bad microphone and that's not the actual cabin noise while driving.... Seems like a lot of road noise even if it wasn't a bad mic...

Diesel engines just fit perfectly on family cars and long distance travel vehicles.

No it is not..... sound is really quite inside the car you dont hear engine noise even much.....
