as far as I am aware if you have redeemed the bedrock codes you will get the java ones automatically in july. However not 100% sure so just stay up to date if java codes release
Why was there even a delay between Java and Bedrock? Licensing issues or did they just want to give Bedrock players early access due to being the more popular and widespread platform?
