A person’s throat muscle is no different than other muscles. Just like you exercise your hamstrings painfully stretching day by day, just like that you should stretch your vocal chords. Start Sargam from lowest octave and slowly work your way up the harmonium. You will get there but must always exercise at the high notes once you reach there, else the muscles will tighten up.
How make voice sweet
Pt Sanjay Patki Sir, am singing since childhood for over 60 years without any Classical training just listening to the songs be it Hindi film songs or in my mother tongue, can reprise it as it should be. Today for the first time listening to you about the techniques you have presented for how to sing in a higher pitch, I have learnt a lot....Thank you....Rgrds.
