Fun run, hope to see you do more. Much more interesting than wrong warp any% imho. Although it does seem like you have to re-learn to play with the hoarfrost nerf, your boss reads seemed really off. But, that's what practice is for.
Well after his main completion of game he grinded the any% where he only fought 3 bosses which he practiced and did for like 2 weeks straight. He has practiced the all rememberences for a few days getting used to the bosses again. In a few days im sure he can get sub 3 hours
At start of the run: I just want to practice, I'm not even gonna quit out at the doors. At the end of the run: Another world record. Dude, Dist is just on the whole another level of speedrunning community.
you can level up somber smithing stone items to 10 at the blacksmith that sells 1-4 stones through the invis wall that you skip, might save a few minutes here and there
There is a new bug with the Hells Halice heavy thrusting weapon and war cry on a katana in your main hand it puts the heavy attack move set on the katana onto the halice and the heavy attack hits multiple times so the halice can instantly proc bleed and does a load of damage its as strong as old night and flame and almost as strong as frost stop spam in terms of damage defiantly better then the gold halberd.
Very very nice to watch actually. Why not use the mimic for sentinel and red wolf too? He gets the mimic so early. Esp with red wolf it might help to have another target for a sec
This runs are so much fun to watch. You can easily cheese Radagon by the way so he doesn't even aggro when you fight him. Just have to run straight toward him and basically stop on his left shoulder. He'll just stand there and take it like a bitch.
I really do hope that NG+ runs will be a thing, maybe with an established SL? Idk, trying to think of a way to make them viable and fair - NG+/SL99 or SL150. Something achievable, and as weapons go you can farm stuff to max out your choices relatively easily, so again, idk, but I do hope NG+ runs become a thing. Would love to hear Dist opinion on this.
I’m doing Maidenless right now but (trying) 100%. That means no Leveling. No horse. No roundtable. No summoning bells. 100 hours in at the moment. Three great runes acquired. Many bosses and sides down. At the moment, I’m just finishing off Ranni’s quest. 😄
I'm not sure if AI breaks are allowed in this category but as you kept attacking Elden Beast in the end while it was broken I guess they are. There is an really simple AI break that works even after the patch against Radagon. You simply get in his face while he turns around right in the beginning and if you stay right in front of him he will not do anything until you either use attacks that stagger him or move away. It is very consistent, I stumbled over it today using the Wild Strikes Ash of War (found right in front of the tunnel leading to Margit) and with that Ash it worked literally 100% for me. There is also a way to get into Mohg's Boss room without walking through the yellow fog which leaves him free for killing, similar to the Godskin in Volcano Manor or Morgott. You have to do a tricky jump over the stones on the right of the entrance, however I haven't checked if that one still works after the patch. Thought I leave this here as these two bosses (if you consider Radagon and EB one boss) seemed to be the biggest trouble. Nice video, looking forward to you optimizing the route more and more over the next few weeks.

For Mohg Lord of Blood if you get Mohg's shackles in the sewers and use them outside of the room in Mohgwyn for the fight it locks him until stage 2, could save a decent amount of time
Yes but thats kinda long for a detour. Prob will not save time at all
Moonveil was pretty good for elden beast because it lets you keep a little bit more distance on radagon so he focuses your spirit more, and it lets you get a few more hit elden beast easier
This is a golden age of dist content
3:09:10 I'm so fucking glad that I woke up in time to catch this part of the video. Something in the recent updates cause spirit summons AI to be broken at the start of the Mohg fight, I had it happen with every spirit summon I tried.
These runs are gonna be fun to watch. So much room for random funny stupid shit to happen lmao
Yessss, this is the speedrun/no hit run i'm looking for! Nice :D
MOAR!!!!!!!!! Seriously though dist even though you say this run isn't very good, as a casual player i cant even begin to imagine how difficult this is, its so amazing what you can do and i look forward to seeing how you destroy this game later on 😁
Lmao bro i feel you from when i joined the speedrun comunity.
Watch like 10 of them or so - you'll start sounding like streamers despite being the viewer.
You'll know when shits bad and just "acceptable" or "acceptable as practice"
Ahahahah the mimic clutching it at 2hrs35 was golden
bruh i couldnt pass this game on my 2nd journey in this time.. props to you... ill watch it in pieces
This mimic deserves more credit for carrying the whole run
49:55 elden ring bosses summed up in one sentence
Fun run, hope to see you do more. Much more interesting than wrong warp any% imho. Although it does seem like you have to re-learn to play with the hoarfrost nerf, your boss reads seemed really off. But, that's what practice is for.
Well after his main completion of game he grinded the any% where he only fought 3 bosses which he practiced and did for like 2 weeks straight. He has practiced the all rememberences for a few days getting used to the bosses again. In a few days im sure he can get sub 3 hours
Thx for helping me trough dark times dude!
I missed the liurnia skip 13 times before i got it for the first time.
At start of the run: I just want to practice, I'm not even gonna quit out at the doors.
At the end of the run: Another world record.
Dude, Dist is just on the whole another level of speedrunning community.
You should get the hammer talisman, it's super close to that jump to get to liurnia. You could break bosses postures so much faster with the halberd.
I love this category so much more than any%
What defines 'all bosses', is it great enemy felled and above?
this is all remembrances, so only the bosses that drop the remembrance items
The "Are you kidding me?" At 1:24:06 is so funny 🤣🤣
i actually would like to see an all bosses speedrun not only an all Remembrances Run would be more challanging i think but still great run
Love how RoB is basically just a boss murdering weapon
you can level up somber smithing stone items to 10 at the blacksmith that sells 1-4 stones through the invis wall that you skip, might save a few minutes here and there
This is the one I've been waiting on
There is a new bug with the Hells Halice heavy thrusting weapon and war cry on a katana in your main hand it puts the heavy attack move set on the katana onto the halice and the heavy attack hits multiple times so the halice can instantly proc bleed and does a load of damage its as strong as old night and flame and almost as strong as frost stop spam in terms of damage defiantly better then the gold halberd.
yo the fisting fall damage cancel from ds2 is back. this is truly ds 2 2
Very very nice to watch actually.
Why not use the mimic for sentinel and red wolf too?
He gets the mimic so early. Esp with red wolf it might help to have another target for a sec
How does your mimic stay alive in fighting elden beast mine always dies in the beginning and I got +10 mimic with 60 vigor
This runs are so much fun to watch. You can easily cheese Radagon by the way so he doesn't even aggro when you fight him. Just have to run straight toward him and basically stop on his left shoulder. He'll just stand there and take it like a bitch.
It's kind of amazing to see a no cheese halberd run :)
Would love to hear Dist opinion on this.
how would you feel about a ng+ all remembrances speedrun so that way the item setup could be done in a previous run?
2:32:45 the rare, but savage Dist
I was looking for this time stamp but didn’t wanna watch again 😂😂 thank you so much!
1:24:00 LOL
1:27:43
2:33:12
2:50:48 Best Boss Godfrey
2:52:20
2:57:42
Wow, looking back at this after zips and man does it save a shit ton of horseback riding
I’m doing Maidenless right now but (trying) 100%. That means no Leveling. No horse. No roundtable. No summoning bells. 100 hours in at the moment. Three great runes acquired. Many bosses and sides down. At the moment, I’m just finishing off Ranni’s quest. 😄
Does that mean you have to do the Frenzied Flame ending? Since otherwise you need Melina to burn the Erdtree.
it was soft locked I got pretty far too doing Maidenless but here ya go some guy proved it ruclips.net/video/dks4sb9-VEY/видео.html
@@Shurayukikun Here’s hoping FromSoft releases an update allowing us to continue on after that point.
Hey bro your great at this game love watchingbyou play. What do you do with the weapens you upgreade?? After you beat the game?
They moved the tombstones before Mohg so that’s no longer possible.
@@Bartimaeus111 Yea like I said, I didn't check after the patch but that's too bad, would've been a great timesave. Thanks for the heads up!
This was randomly in my recommendations, so why not watch a 3,75 h long speedrun?! Was entertaining tho, ngl. Best of luck for future runs
Can't wait for an actual all bosses run. Then I'll watch it : )
I definitely prefer these longer speed runs to the 30 minute ones
控えめに言って天才
Ohhhh what is the run that you can't wait to see? All. Boss. Meme. Run!
Sick run!!
And it just keeps coming!!
Bruh. This is wicked. What a time!!
